| dc.description.abstract | Στο πρώτο μέρος της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής εργασίας θα προσδιορίσουμε την έννοια της κοινωνικής πολιτικής στους Οργανισμούς Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης Ο.Τ.Α. καθώς επίσης το πλαίσια στο οποίο αναπτύσσεται η κοινωνική πολιτική στους δήμους. Στη συνέχεια προσδιορίζεται το πλαίσιο συμβουλευτικής διαδικασίας αναλύοντας έννοιες, όπως οι σκοποί της συμβουλευτικής, οι δεξιότητες του συμβούλου και ρόλος του στη συμβουλευτική διαδικασία. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της παρούσας εργασίας, γίνεται ανάλυση σε μία από τις κοινωνικές δομές του Δήμου Σερρών, που αφορά τη λειτουργία Κέντρου Συμβουλευτικής Υποστήριξης Γυναικών στην πόλη των Σερρών, το οποίο εξυπηρετεί γυναίκες πολίτες από ολόκληρη τη Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Σερρών, υλοποιώντας και δράσεις ευαισθητοποίησης στην κοινότητα, με σκοπό την ενημέρωση των πολιτών για την πρόληψη του φαινομένου της βίας κατά των γυναικών. Μεθοδολογικό εργαλείο της παρούσας έρευνας αποτέλεσε η ποσοτική συλλογή στοιχείων από το Κέντρο Συμβουλευτικής Υποστήριξης Γυναικών του Δήμου Σερρών, αναδεικνύοντας με αυτό τον τρόπο την σημαντικότητα των υπηρεσιών κοινωνικής, ψυχολογικής, νομικής και εργασιακής συμβουλευτικής στις γυναίκες που υφίστανται κάθε μορφής βίας ή ανήκουν σε ευάλωτες κοινωνικά ομάδες. Κλείνοντας την εργασίας μας, παραθέτουμε προτάσεις για την βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών Κέντρου Συμβουλευτικής Υποστήριξης Γυναικών του Δήμου Σερρών, απαντώντας στο ερώτημα η σημαντικότητα των υπηρεσιών του και η συνέχιση λειτουργίας του στην τοπική κοινωνία. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | In the first section of this post-graduate dissertation, there will be an attempt to define the meaning of exercising social policy in the Local Administration Organizations and at the same time the frame within which social policy that affects municipalities will be developed. As the research paper goes on, the framework of the consulting process is fully defined, offering an analysis of concepts such as the aims of counselling, the skills required by the counsellor and his role in the process of providing advice. In the second section of the paper, there is an analysis of one of the social structures which belong to the Municipality of Serres, concerning the operation of the Consultancy and Support Centre for Women in the city of Serres. It is about a centrethat offers its services to women from all the Regional Unit of Serres, realizing actions to sensitize the community with an ultimate goal to prevent all types of violence against women. The methodological approach chosen for the research, was the quantitative data collection method that derived the data from the Consultancy and Support Centre for Women in the Municipality of Serres in order to promote in this way the importance of providing social, psychological, legal and workplace counselling to women that undergo some kind of violence or belong to vulnerable social groups. At the end of this dissertation there are some suggestions that aim at enhancing the services of the Serres Consultancy and Support Centre for Women, something that gives an answer to the question regarding its significance as well as the continuation of its operation and work in the local community. | el |
