| dc.description.abstract | Παρά το σύνολο των δυσκολιών και των ελλείψεων που επέφερε το προσφυγικό φαινόμενο στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης, τα τελευταία χρόνια παρατηρείτε μια ευρωπαϊκή προσπάθεια έτσι ώστε τα παιδιά πρόσφυγες να βγουν έξω από τα κέντρα φιλοξενίας και να ενταχθούν εντός των ευρωπαϊκών εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων. Για αυτό τον λόγο σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η συγκριτική μελέτη του θεσμικού πλαισίου τόσο της Ελλάδας, όσο και της Γερμανίας, αλλά και ο εντοπισμός ομοιοτήτων και διαφοροποιήσεων σε αυτό, που αφορά την εκπαίδευση των παιδιών προσφύγων από το έτος 2015 έως και σήμερα με τη χρήση της ανάλυσης περιεχομένου επιστημονικών βιβλιογραφικών πηγών και ερευνών. Συμπερασματικά, με υπόβαθρο τον παραπάνω σκοπό η εν λόγω έρευνα κατέδειξε ότι τόσο το θεσμικό πλαίσιο της Ελλάδας, όσο και της Γερμανίας για την εκπαίδευση των παιδιών προσφύγων αν και προσπαθεί να ακολουθήσει το διαπολιτισμικό μοντέλο εκπαίδευσης, χαρακτηρίζεται ως ελλιπής καθώς παρατηρούνται φαινόμενα περιθωριοποίησης και υποστελέχωσης κατάλληλων εκπαιδευτικών με συνέπεια την αδυναμία παρακολούθησης μαθημάτων στα κέντρα υποδοχής, αλλά και στις τάξεις υποδοχής από τα παιδιά πρόσφυγες, ενώ αντίστοιχα γίνεται εξαιρετική προσπάθεια στον τομέα της άτυπης εκπαίδευσης μέσω κατάλληλων και εξειδικευμένων Μ.Κ.Ο. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | Despite all the difficulties and shortcomings that the refugee phenomenon has brought back in the field of education, in recent years there has been a european effort so that children can get out of the shelters and integrate into the European education systems. For this reason, the purpose of this dissertation is the comparative study of the institutional framework of both Greece and Germany, and also the identification of similarities and differences in it, which concerns the education of refugee children from 2015 until today with the use of content analysis of scientific literature sources and research. In conclusion, based on the above purpose, this research showed that both the institutional framework of Greece and Germany for the education of refugee children, although it tries to follow the intercultural model of education, is characterized as incomplete as there are phenomena of marginalization and understaffing of appropriate teachers, the consequence is the inability (of refugee children) to attend classes in the reception centers, and also in reception classes by refugee children, while respectively an excellent effort is made in the field of non-formal education through appropriate and specialized NGOs. | el |
