dc.description.abstractΣκοπό της παρούσας εργασίας αποτέλεσε η διερεύνηση των αντιλήψεων των διοικητικών στελεχών και των καθηγητών προσαρμοσμένης φυσικής αγωγής κέντρων ημερήσιας φροντίδας για άτομα με αυτισμό της Αττικής, ως προς το αν και κατά πόσο τα κέντρα αυτά συμπεριλαμβάνουν στις υπηρεσίες που παρέχουν στα άτομα με αυτισμό την προσαρμοσμένη φυσική δραστηριότητα, καθώς και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο συμβαίνει αυτό. Στο πλαίσιο του εμπειρικού μέρους, έγινε ποιοτική έρευνα μέσω συνέντευξης και οι συμμετέχοντες ήταν 8 άτομα: 2 διοικητικά στελέχη των κέντρων ημερήσιας φροντίδας και 8 εκπαιδευτικοί, καθηγητές προσαρμοσμένης φυσικής αγωγής. Από την ανάλυση διαπιστώθηκε ότι η προσαρμοσμένη φυσική δραστηριότητα (ΠΦΔ) έχει σημαντικά οφέλη για τα άτομα με αυτισμό, επηρεάζοντας θετικά τη σωματική τους υγεία, την συναισθηματική τους κατάσταση και την κοινωνική τους συμπεριφορά. Οι συμμετέχοντες πιστεύουν ότι η ΠΦΔ μπορεί να βελτιώσει σημαντικά την ποιότητα ζωής αυτών των ατόμων. Η ζήτηση για προγράμματα ΠΦΔ είναι υψηλή τόσο από τα ίδια τα άτομα όσο και από τους γονείς τους. Ένα σημαντικό εύρημα ήταν ότι τα περισσότερα κέντρα ημερήσιας φροντίδας αντιμετωπίζουν έλλειψη εξωτερικών χώρων, αλλά έχουν καταφέρει να συνεργαστούν με τους Δήμους για τη χρήση δημοτικών εγκαταστάσεων. Οι γυμναστές των κέντρων είναι απόφοιτοι της ΣΕΦΑΑ και διαθέτουν εξειδίκευση στην προσαρμοσμένη φυσική αγωγή. Τα οικονομικά προβλήματα δεν φαίνεται να είναι σημαντικά για τα κέντρα, αν και ορισμένοι συμμετέχοντες πιστεύουν ότι με περισσότερους πόρους θα μπορούσαν να υλοποιήσουν περισσότερα προγράμματα ΠΦΔ. Οι γονείς υποστηρίζουν ενεργά την υλοποίηση αυτών των προγραμμάτων και βοηθούν σε διαδικαστικά θέματα. Η συμμετοχή στα προγράμματα ΠΦΔ έχει οδηγήσει σε βελτιώσεις στη φυσική κατάσταση και στην κοινωνική συμπεριφορά των ατόμων με αυτισμό. Οι συμμετέχοντες παρατήρησαν αυξημένη κοινωνικοποίηση και αλληλεπίδραση με άλλα άτομα. Τέλος, εντοπίστηκαν περιθώρια βελτίωσης των προγραμμάτων, όπως η βελτίωση των εγκαταστάσεων, η συχνότητα των προγραμμάτων και η κατανόηση των προσωπικών αναγκών των ατόμων με αυτισμό.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe purpose of this thesis was to investigate the perceptions of administrative staff and adapted physical education teachers at daycare centers for individuals with autism in Attica regarding the extent to which these centers include adapted physical activity (APA) in the services they provide to individuals with autism, as well as how this inclusion is implemented. In the empirical part of the study, qualitative research was conducted through interviews, and the participants included 8 individuals: 2 administrative staff from daycare centers and 6 adapted physical education teachers. The analysis revealed that APA has significant benefits for individuals with autism, positively affecting their physical health, emotional well-being, and social behavior. Participants believe that APA can significantly improve the quality of life for these individuals. The demand for APA programs is high both from the individuals themselves and their parents. A significant finding was that most daycare centers face a lack of outdoor spaces, but they have managed to collaborate with municipalities to use public facilities. The centers' instructors are graduates of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science (SEFAA) and have specialization in adapted physical education. Financial issues do not appear to be significant for the centers, although some participants believe that with more resources, they could implement more APA programs. Parents actively support the implementation of these programs and assist in procedural matters. Participation in APA programs has led to improvements in the physical condition and social behavior of individuals with autism. Participants observed increased socialization and interaction with others. Finally, areas for improvement in the programs were identified, such as enhancing facilities, increasing the frequency of programs, and better understanding the personal needs of individuals with autism.el
