dc.description.abstractΗ εκπόνηση της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας στοχεύει στη μελέτη της κοινωνικής πολιτικής όπως ασκείται από τους Οργανισμούς Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης σε εθνικό και τοπικό επίπεδο. Βασικός σκοπός είναι η αποτίμηση της συμβολής της κοινωνικής πολιτικής που ασκεί ο Δήμος Αιγάλεω σε καιρό κρίσης και στον καιρό της πανδημίας του covid – 19 και η αποτύπωση των απόψεων των κατοίκων για την άσκηση της κοινωνικής πολιτικής. Γίνεται λεπτομερής αναφορά στις δράσεις άσκησης κοινωνικής πολιτικής από το Δήμο Αιγάλεω. Η έρευνα βασίστηκε κατά βάση σε βιβλιογραφία και άρθρα, σε στοιχεία από το διαδίκτυο, την Ελληνική στατιστική υπηρεσία, την Ε.Ε.Τ.Α.Α και την Διεύθυνση Κοινωνικής Προστασίας του Δήμου Αιγάλεω. Πέρα από τις πληροφορίες που αντλούνται από τους φορείς του Δήμου και τη συνέντευξη που πάρθηκε, πραγματοποιείται ποσοτική έρευνα με τη μορφή ερωτηματολογίου, το οποίο δόθηκε σε κατοίκους με σκοπό να γίνουν γνωστές οι απόψεις τους για την άσκηση της κοινωνικής πολιτικής του Δήμου. Οι απόψεις αυτές αποτυπώνονται πάνω σε διαγράμματα από τα οποία προκύπτουν, τα συμπεράσματα της εργασίας και οι μελλοντικές δράσειςel
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe elaboration of this dissertation aims at the study of social policy as exercised by the Local Government Organizations at national and local level. The main purpose is to assess the contribution of social policy exercised by the Municipality of Egaleo in times of crisis and the pandemic of covid - 19 and to capture the views of residents for the exercise of social policy. There is a detailed report on the social policy actions by the Municipality of Egaleo. The research was basically based on bibliography and articles, on data from the internet, the Hellenic Statistical Service, the Ε.Ε.Τ.Α. and the Directorate of Social Protection of the Municipality of Egaleo. In addition to the information obtained from the bodies of the Municipality and the interview conducted, a quantitative survey is conducted in the form of a questionnaire, which was given to residents in order to make known their views on the exercise of social policy of the Municipality. These views are reflected in the diagrams from which they emerge, the conclusions of the work and future actions.el
