dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική μελέτη ασχολείται με την εργασιακή κατάσταση των διεμφυλικών ατόμων στην Ελλάδα. Προκειμένου να μελετ ηθεί η εν λόγω κατάσταση, κρίνεται σημαντική μια ανασκόπηση γύρω από βασικές έννοιες που πρόκειται να χρησιμοποιηθούν στην ανάλυση του εργασιακού βίου των προσώπων αυτών. Ορισμένες από τις έννοιες αυτές είναι το φύλο, η θεωρία της επιτελεστικότητας της Jud ith Butler , το συμβολικό κεφάλαιο του Bourdieu κ.α. Πρόκειται να γίνει μια σύντομη πλαισίωση γύρω από αυτούς τους όρους ώστε να καταστεί σαφές το περιεχόμενό τους, αλλά και το συγκείμενο μέσα στο οποίο θα χρησιμοποιηθούν στην παρούσα μελέτη. Αφού αποσαφηνι στεί ο λεκτικός κώδικας της μελέτης, η προσέγγιση του αντικειμένου της θα γίνει μέσα από την παράθεση υλικού που αφορά στη νομική κατάσταση των τρανς ατόμων και στις μεταβολές που έχουν λάβει χώρα τα τελευταία χρόνια σε διεθνές, αλλά κυρίως σε εγχώριο επίπ εδο αναφορικά με το νομικό τους status . Θα αναλυθεί ο τρόπος που αυτές οι μεταβολές τα επηρέασαν, όπως επίσης θα επισημανθούν και ορισμένες αστοχίες των πρόσφατων νομοθετημάτων. Στη συνέχεια αποσαφηνίζονται και καταγράφονται οι στόχοι της μελέτης και τα ε ρευνητικά ερωτήματα, καθώς και η επιστημονική μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε, δηλαδή η βιογραφική βιωματική αφήγηση, προκειμένου να συλλεχθούν/παραχθούν τα δεδομένα της μελέτης. Ακολουθεί η παράθεση του πραγματολογικού υλικού που αποκτήθηκε από τις αφηγήσεις των τριών ατόμων που συμμετείχαν στην έρευνα και η ανάδειξη και ανάλυση των παραγόντων που διαδραμάτισαν σημαντικό ρόλο στην εξέλιξη της εργασιακής τους διαδρομής. Εν συνεχεία ακολουθούν οι επιμέρους απαντήσεις που δόθηκαν στα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα και τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από τη μελέτη.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedΤhe present postgraduate diploma thesis is concerned with the working condition of transgender individuals in Greece. In order to study the above mentioned situation, reviewing some basic terms that are going to be used in the analysis of the labour biographies of those individuals, is considered to be necessary. Some of tho se notions are gender, Judith Butler’s theory of performativity, the Bourdieusian symbolic capital etc. There will be a brief framing around those terms, in order to assure the meaning of their content, but also in order to set the context in which they wi ll be used. After the clarification of the verbal code of the study, the approach of it’ s objective will follow through the exposition of material related to the transgender situation regarding their legal status and the changes that took place the last y ears internationally, but mainly in Greece. The way that those changes affected the transgender minority group will be analyzed. Moreover, there will be an attempt to highlight the inexpediencies of the recent legal changes. Afterwards, the targets of the study will be recorded and clarified, as well as the research questions and the scientific methodology that was followed, in our case biographical narrative interviews, in order to collect/produce the study’s data. Consequently, the listing of the factual material which was obtained through the process of the three interviews will follow, as well as the analysis of the factors that emerged as decisive in the progress of their working life, through the narrations. Eventually, the answers that were given to the initial research questions will be given, together with the conclusions of the study.el
