| dc.description.abstract | Η συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική εργασία παραπέμπει σε ένα Σχέδιο Βιώσιμης Αστικής Κινητικότητας σχετικά με το Δήμο Άργους – Μυκηνών. Ο συγκεκριμένος Δήμος αποτελεί μέρος της Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου και σε αυτόν εντοπίζονται πολλά και σημαντικής αξίας κυκλοφοριακά προβλήματα. Μολαταύτα, έχει τις δυνατότητες να στηρίξει ένα σχέδιο για την ενίσχυση και την ανάπτυξη της βιώσιμης αστικής κινητικότητας. Σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο, η εργασία πραγματεύεται τον όρο της βιώσιμης αστικής κινητικότητας, το θεσμικό και νομοθετικό πλαίσιο σε Ελλάδα και σε εξωτερικό και τα βήματα που απαιτούνται για να δημιουργηθεί ένα ΣΒΑΚ. Στη συνέχεια, μελετώνται τα πλεονεκτήματα, δίνονται διάφορες πρακτικές και συστήματα με στόχο την ορθή κρίση των ΣΒΑΚ. Σχετικά με την μελέτη περίπτωσης, πραγματοποιείται ανάλυση της παρούσας κατάστασης, που επιφέρει και καθορίζει το αναπτυξιακό προφίλ του δήμου. Δίνονται αναλυτικά τα κυκλοφοριακά προβλήματα που ενυπάρχουν στο Δήμο, παρουσιάζοντας κιόλας τα διαφορετικά σενάρια κυκλοφοριακής διαχείρισης. Ακόμη, γίνεται αναφορά στο κοινό όραμα της βιώσιμης κινητικότητας, μέσα από τη διευκρίνιση και τον καθορισμών των πλεονεκτημάτων και των στόχων, δίνοντας ένα ουσιαστικά χρήσιμο πακέτο μέτρων για κάθε αντίστοιχο σενάριο. Εκθέτονται τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά όλων των σταδίων, ο τρόπος που θα εμπλακούν τα άτομα και οι φορείς, τα εργαλεία για να εκμαιευθούν οι απόψεις, αλλά και να αξιολογηθεί η μέχρι τώρα κατάσταση και πολλά άλλα που εμφανίζονται κατά τη διαδικασία. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | Τhis specific thesis refers to a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan regarding the Municipality of Argos - Mycenae. The specific Municipality is part of the Peloponnese Region and many and significant traffic problems are found in it. However, it has the potential to support a plan to enhance and develop sustainable urban mobility. At a theoretical level, the paper deals with the term of sustainable urban mobility, the institutional and legislative framework in Greece and abroad and the steps required to create a SBAK. Then, the advantages are studied, various practices and systems are given with the aim of correct judgment of the SBAKs. Regarding the case study, an analysis of the present situation is carried out, which brings about and determines the development profile of the municipality. The traffic problems that exist in the Municipality are given in detail, presenting the four different traffic management scenarios. Furthermore, reference is made to the common vision of sustainable mobility, through the clarification and definition of the advantages and objectives, giving an essentially useful package of measures for each respective scenario. The special characteristics of all the stages, the way that individuals and agencies will be involved, the tools to elicit opinions, but also to evaluate the situation so far and much more that appear during the process are exposed. | el |
