dc.description.abstract	Το ίντερνετ σήμερα είναι το πιο δημοφιλές μέσο επικοινωνίας των ανθρώπων. Μέσω αυτού, άνθρωποι και επιχειρήσεις έχουν τη δυνατότητα να αλληλοεπιδρούν και να ασκούν μία σειρά από διαφορετικές δραστηριότητες όπως είναι η δημιουργία κοινωνικών δικτύων επικοινωνίας, η ανάπτυξη εμπορίου και η προβολή εκθεμάτων ενός μουσείου. Το ίντερνετ αποτελεί το εργαλείο που άλλαξε τη ροή του σύγχρονου κόσμου και τα εργαλεία που υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα σήμερα ξεπερνούν ακόμα και τις μεγαλύτερες προσδοκίες. Παράλληλα, η χρήση ψηφιακών βοηθών (chatbots) επιτρέπουν την διάδραση ανθρώπου με μηχανή και τείνουν να εμφανίζονται όλο και συχνότερα στις ιστοσελίδες των επιχειρήσεων σήμερα. Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία παρουσιάζεται η δημιουργία ενός chatbot που παρέχει πρόσβαση σε μουσειακή πληροφορία. Έτσι, το πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή στη τεχνολογία των chatbots και τη χρήση αυτών σε διάφορους τομείς. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στα μέσα δημιουργίας ενός chatbot. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται αναφορά στο διαδίκτυο και τις γενεές του ίντερνετ. Στο τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται παρουσίαση της κατασκευής και της λειτουργίας ενός chatbot που δημιουργήθηκε για τη υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας του Αρχαιολογικού Μουσείου της Τρίπολης. Η σελίδα και η εφαρμογή που παρουσιάζεται είναι δημιουργία που εξυπηρετεί τους σκοπούς του παρόντος.	el
dc.description.abstracttranslated	The Internet is nowadays the most popular means of communication. Through the internet, people and enterprises can interact and get involved in a series of different activities, including the creation of social networks, commerce and museum tours. The Internet is the tool that changed to a large extent the shape of everyday life and the tools that are currently available surpass even the greatest expectations that were articulated a few decades ago. In parallel, the use of digital assistants (such as chatbots), facilitate the interaction between persons and machines and are appearing more and more frequently in web pages of enterprises and organizations. This thesis presents the creation of a chatbot which offers access to museum information. In the first chapter, a historical review of chatbot technology and its use in different sectors is given. The second chapter overviews the means available for chatbot creation. The third chapter contextualizes these developments in the overall environment of the Internet and its generations. Finally, the fourth chapter presents the creation and the operation of a chatbot that was built to support the operation of the Archaeological Museum of Tripolis.	el
