| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά «οργάνωση και διοίκηση της Φυσικής Αγωγής – Εκπαίδευσης στη Ρ.Ε.Σ. κατά τη Σχολαρχία του Νεκταρίου Κεφαλά» ως θέμα της οργάνωσης και διοίκησης της Φυσικής Αγωγής και του αθλητισμού γενικά. Η έρευνα της Φυσικής Αγωγής και του Αθλητισμού γενικά αφορά κατ’ ανάγκην και υποσυστήματα όπως το Εκπαιδευτικό Σύστημα και το Σύστημα Εκκλησιαστικής Εκπαίδευσης. Έτσι συνδέεται αυτή με ευρύ διεπιστημονικό διάλογο και με άλλες επιστήμες οι οποίες στρέφονται προς τα πεδία αυτά. Κατά το διάλογο αυτό γίνεται φανερό ότι ενώ η Οργάνωση και Διοίκηση του Αθλητισμού εμφανίζει σημαντικές εξελίξεις, η Οργάνωση και Διοίκηση του Αθλητισμού στην Εκπαίδευση, τα Μορφωτικά Ιδρύματα και ιδίως της Εκκλησιαστικής Εκπαίδευσης εμφανίζεται πενιχρή και παντελώς απούσα. Οι λόγοι αυτής της απουσίας έχουν να κάνουν και με μεθοδολογικές προϋποθέσεις. Σύμφωνα με τα παραπάνω η παρούσα έρευνα λαμβάνει υπόψη μεταβλητές (κληρικοί, σπουδαστές εκκλησιαστικών ιδρυμάτων) οι οποίες επιδρούν και διαμορφώνουν καταστάσεις και σε άλλους ευρύτερους τομείς. Το ερευνητικό σχέδιο της έρευνα αποτελείται από την προετοιμασία, τον σχεδιασμό, τη θεματοποίηση, προβληματική, μεθοδολογία, πρωτόκολλα, συζήτηση ευρημάτων και αποτελεσμάτων, συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις. Η εργασία στηρίχθηκε σε φιλολογικά πρωτόκολλα όπου εμφανίζονται και εξετάζονται ως σχέσεις μεταβλητές για την ολομερή διερεύνηση του θέματος στον ιστορικό και συστηματικό ορίζοντα που ανήκουν. Τα πρωτόκολλα σχηματίστηκαν με βάση τη διερεύνηση φιλολογικών έργων τα οποία χαρακτηρίζουμε ως πηγές. Τα πρωτόκολλα αποτελούν τη μεθοδολογική βάση για την ανακάλυψη σχέσεων, για τις γενικεύσεις, συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις. Με βάση τα πρωτόκολλα συνδυάζεται φιλολογική μέθοδος με μέθοδο των φυσικών επιστημών ερμηνεία και επαγωγή. Τα ευρήματα δείχνουν έναν θησαυρό σχέσεων μεγάλης σημασίας για την εξέλιξη και ανάπτυξη της Φυσικής Αγωγής του Αθλητισμού, Εκπαίδευσης της κοινωνίας και του έθνους. Η συζήτηση των ευρημάτων γίνεται συνοπτικά, όπου σύνοψη δεν σημαίνει στένωση αλλά συστηματοποίηση. Η συστηματοποίηση των ευρημάτων ακολουθεί επιστημονικούς όρους και γίνεται με βάση κριτική συνείδηση και ερωτηματολόγια. Οι προτάσεις ακολουθούν τους κανόνες της επιστημονικής συμβουλευτικής και δείχνουν αναγκαιότητες και παραγωγικές διαδικασίες οι οποίες συναρτώνται άμεσα με την έρευνα. Στο τέλος παρατίθεται εκτενής βιβλιογραφία η οποία έχει το χαρακτήρα ευρύτερης ενημέρωσης για πιθανή ερευνητική εκμετάλλευση διότι σχετική βιβλιογραφία με το συγκεκριμένο θέμα της παρούσας έρευνας δεν υφίσταται. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The following project concerns the organization and administration of Physical Education under the leadership of Nektarios Kefalas and has as its main thesis the organization and administration of Physical Education and athletics as a whole. The research conducted on Physical Education and Athletics cannot but include subsystems such as the Education and Religious System, thus, linking the study with a broader network of sciences and other fields relating to the topic of the study. During the duration of this research, it is obvious that although the organization and administration of Athletics has undergone significant developments, the organization and administration of Athletics in the Education system, especially in Religious Education appears rather meager or even absent. The reasons for this absence have to do mainly with methodology. According to the above mentioned statements, the following study takes into consideration variables such as clerics, seminary students, etc., which affect and shape the current situation in other sectors as well. The research plan is comprised of the preparation, planning, thematisation, problems, methodology, protocol, the findings and results arrived at through conversations, conclusions and recommendations. The research has been based on literary protocols which appear and are examined as variables regarding the entire study of the topic in its historic and systematic scope… The protocols are shaped using as models literary works which have been characterized as our sources. The Protocols make up the methodological basis regarding the discovery of relations, generalizations, conclusions and recommendations. Having as its basis the above protocol, the study combines literary methods with those of the natural sciences for the evaluation of the conclusions. The findings reveal a rich relationship of great significance concerning the evolution and development of Physical Education in Athletics that belongs and the education of both society and the nation. The discussion of the findings is in the form of a summary. However a summary does not infer an incomplete depiction of the findings but rather their systematization. The systematization of the findings uses scientific terms and is done on the basic of critical thinking and questionnaires. The recommendations follow the rules of scientific counseling and show the necessities and productive procedures which are directly involved with the research. At the end of the study, an extensive bibliography is given, which can be used for further information and possible research usage since there is not existing bibliography regarding the topic of the study. | el |
