dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα έρευνα είχε ως σκοπό να παρουσιάσει το ασφαλιστικό – συνταξιοδοτικό σύστημα στην Ελλάδα και στην συνέχεια να το συγκρίνει με αλλά συστήματα άλλων Ευρωπαϊκών χωρών. Η αποδοτικότητα του Ελληνικού συστήματος και η ικανοποίηση των Ελλήνων Πολιτών από της Ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες του e - ΕΦΚΑ θα αποτελέσει το δεύτερο μέρος της παρούσας εργασίας το οποίο προσπάθησε μέσα από την χρήση ενός ερευνητικού ερωτηματολογίου να αντλήσει χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα τα οποία θα συνεισφέρουν τόσο σε διοικητικό όσο και σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο. Στο δείγμα παρατηρήθηκε ένα κενό γνώσεων σχετικά με την δομή και την λειτουργία του Ασφαλιστικού – Συνταξιοδοτικού Συστήματος στην Ελλάδα καθώς σε ερωτήσεις που αναφέρονταν στην διάρθρωση του (δημόσια + επαγγελματική + ιδιωτική ασφάλιση) απάντησαν δεν γνωρίζω δεν απαντώ. Αρκετοί από τους ερωτηθέντες απάντησαν ότι οι ασφαλιστικές εισφορές που καταβάλουν δεν είναι ανταποδοτικές σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες που λαμβάνουν από την δημόσια Υγειά και ότι πιστεύουν ότι οι ασφαλιστικές εισφορές δεν παρουσιάζουν μια δίκαιη κατανομή. Από την άλλη όμως φαίνονται να είναι ικανοποιημένοι από τις υπηρεσίες του e - ΕΦΚΑ αλλά στο κομμάτι της εξυπηρέτησης από το τηλεφωνικό αριθμό 1555 να είναι ουδέτεροι. Τέλος ουδέτεροι παρουσιάζονται στο εάν θα πρέπει να υπάρχει υποχρεωτική ασφάλιση και στο εάν μπορεί κάποιος να επιλέξει ανάμεσα σε ιδιωτική και δημόσια ασφάλιση.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe present research aimed to present the insurance - pension system in Greece and then to compare it with other European countries' systems. The efficiency of the Greek system and the satisfaction of the Greek Citizens from the Electronic Services of e - EFKA will be the second part of this study which tried through the use of a research questionnaire to draw useful conclusions that will contribute both at administrative and theoretical level. In the sample, a knowledge gap was observed regarding the structure and functioning of the Insurance - Pension System in Greece as in questions referring to its structure ( public + occupational + private insurance) they answered do not know do not answer. Several of the respondents answered that the insurance contributions they pay are not rewarding in relation to the services they receive from the Public Health and that they believe that the insurance contributions do not show a fair distribution. On the other hand, however, they seem to be satisfied with the overpayments of the e - ΕFKA but are neutral on the service part of the 1555 telephone number. Finally, they are neutral on whether there should be compulsory insurance and on whether one can choose between private and public insurance.el
