| dc.description.abstract | Στην εργασία αυτή, εξετάζεται η οικονομική συμπεριφορά του Δήμου Φιλοθέης – Ψυχικού μετά την εφαρμογή του προγράμματος ΚΑΛΛΙΚΡΑΤΗΣ σε συνθήκες οικονομικής κρίσης. Σκοπός είναι να μελετηθούν οι επιπτώσεις των δημοσιονομικών περιορισμών του κεντρικού κράτους στην οικονομική διαχείριση του Δήμου, λαμβανομένης υπόψη της σημαντικής οικονομικής εξάρτησης των Οργανισμών Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης από την Κεντρική Διοίκηση. Για την πληρέστερη ανάλυση, κρίνεται σκόπιμη η παρουσίαση κι η σύγκριση των οικονομικών στοιχείων της Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης με το Δήμο. Ταυτόχρονα, συγκρίνεται ο Δήμος με τρεις όμορους δήμους. Η ανάλυση ολοκληρώνεται με τη χρήση χρηματοοικονομικών δεικτών. Από την ανάλυση προκύπτουν σημαντικές πληροφορίες και συμπεράσματα για το βαθμό οικονομικής αυτοδυναμίας του Δήμου Φιλοθέης – Ψυχικού αλλά και της Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης γενικότερα και κατά πόσο αυτή επηρέασε την οικονομική συμπεριφορά τους κατά τη διάρκεια της κρίσης. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This study examines the financial behavior of Municipality of Filothei Psychiko towards the implementation of KALLIKRATIS program, during the economic crisis. The aim of this paper is to analyze how the financial management of this municipality was affected by the fiscal constraints which were imposed by the Central Government, taking into account the significant economic dependence of Local Authorities on Central Administration. In order for a thorough analysis to be achieved, it is deemed necessary to present and compare the financial figures of this municipality with the ones of Local Government. At the same time the financial figures of the municipality are compared with those of 3 neighboring municipalities. The study is concluded with the use of the fiscal indicators. The results arising from the analysis are important conclusions and information on the extent of the economic self-efficiency of Municipality of Filothei Psychiko and Local Government and how this selfefficiency affected their financial behavior during the economic crisis. | el |
