| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται το φαινόμενο της χειραγώγησης αγώνων στο άθλημα του ποδοσφαίρου μέσω των αποφάσεων του Διαιτητικού Δικαστηρίου του Αθλητισμού (CAS) και των διατάξεων της Σύμβασης Μακόλεν. Η ανάλυση των αποφάσεων του CAS αποτυπώνει τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης του φαινομένου από το αθλητικό στερέωμα, ενώ η εμβάθυνση σε συγκεκριμένες διατάξεις της Σύμβασης επιχειρεί να αναδείξει πέραν των κρατικών μέτρων σε κατασταλτικό επίπεδο, ένα μελλοντικό ορίζοντα πρόληψης του φαινομένου και ένα διορθωτικό πλέγμα των ήδη υφιστάμενων μέτρων. Η εξέταση των δύο ερευνητικών πυλώνων πραγματώνεται μέσω προτάσεων υιοθέτησης βελτιωμένων πρακτικών ακεραιότητας και εξαχθέντων συμπερασμάτων εκ της αλληλεπίδρασής τους. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This paper deals with the phenomenon of match manipulation in the sport of football through the decisions of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the provisions of the Macolin Convention. The analysis of CAS decisions captures the way the phenomenon is dealt with by the sports arena, while the in-depth analysis of specific provisions of the Convention attempts to highlight, beyond state measures at a repressive level, a future horizon for the prevention of the phenomenon and a corrective grid of already existing measures. The examination of the two research pillars is carried out through proposals for the adoption of improved integrity practices and conclusions drawn from their interaction. | el |
