dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία έχει ως στόχο την ανάλυση του θεσμού της Δημοτικής Αστυνομίας όπως αυτή έχει διαμορφωθεί στο σύγχρονο Ελληνικό Κράτος. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, αναλύεται η έννοια της Δημοτικής Αστυνομίας, οι αρχές που διέπουν τη δράση της ενώ επιπρόσθετα πραγματοποιείται και η ιστορική αναδρομή της μέχρι τώρα πορείας της. Επιπλέον, στα πλαίσια της παρούσας εργασίας πραγματοποιήθηκε συνέντευξη με τον Γενικό Γραμματέα Εσωτερικών και Οργάνωσης του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών, η οποία και παρατίθεται στο αντίστοιχο κεφάλαιο. Τέλος, δίνονται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν σχετικά με τη διαδρομή και το μέλλον της Δημοτικής Αστυνομίας.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe aim of this paper is to analyze the institution of the Municipal Police as it has been formed in the modern Greek State. In this context, the concept of the Municipal Police is analysed, the principles that govern its action, while in addition the historical review of its progress so far is carried out. In addition, as part of this work, an interview was conducted with the General Secretary of the Interior affairs and Organization of the Ministry of the Interior affairs which is quoted at the respective chapter. Finally, the conclusions reached regarding the route and the future of the Municipal Police are given.el
