| dc.description.abstract | Ο σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των επιδράσεων του φαινομένου της κατάρας των πόρων στην εθνική οικονομία της Ρωσίας, μετά τη διάλυση της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης μέχρι και σήμερα. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει μια ιστορική αναδρομή στα πολιτικοικονομικά γεγονότα από της πτώση της Ε.Σ.Σ.Δ. μέχρι και σήμερα και πιο συγκεκριμένα τα εξής: περίοδος 1998-2001 και κρίση 1998, τις δύο θητείες του Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν, μετά το 2000 μέχρι και σήμερα. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει τις επιπτώσεις της οικονομικής κρίσης του 1998 στη Ρωσική οικονομία και την άνοδο του Πούτιν στην εξουσία. Ταυτόχρονα, εξετάζεται η σταδιακή ανάκαμψη της ρωσικής οικονομίας και ο ρόλος των πλουτοπαραγωγικών πόρων. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η φιλελευθεροποίηση της ρωσικής οικονομίας μετά τη διάλυση της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης που περιελάμβανε την πώληση κρατικών εταιρειών πετρελαίου και φυσικού αερίου. Το οικονομικό σύστημα επί Προεδρίας Γιέλτσιν, η οικονομία επί Πούτιν, καθώς επίσης και η ενεργειακή πολιτική των δύο Προέδρων. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει μια συνοπτική περιγραφή της ρωσικής οικονομίας, την τρέχουσα οικονομική κατάσταση-εξωτερικοί παράγοντες 1)η πτώση των τιμών πετρελαίου και φυσικού αερίου 2)οι οικονομικές κυρώσεις. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση του ορυκτού πλούτου και ο κίνδυνος εξάρτησης από του φυσικούς πόρους. Τέλος, αναλύονται τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης. Η συνεισφορά της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η κατανόηση του βαθμού επίδρασης της κατάρας των πόρων και των αναπτυξιακών δυνατοτήτων της Ρωσικής οικονομίας σε ένα περιβάλλον ευμετάβλητων τιμών πετρελαίου και φυσικού αερίου. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The purpose of this thesis is to study the effects of the phenomenon of the curse of resources in Russia's national economy, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union today. The first chapter contains a throwback to political and economical events from the fall of the USSR until today and more specifically: period 1998-2001 crisis and 1998, the two terms of Vladimir Putin, after 2000 until today. The second chapter includes the effects of the economic crisis of 1998 in the Russian econ- omy and the rise of Putin to power. At the same time, considering the gradual recovery of the Russian economy and the role of resources. The third chapter deals with the liberalization of the Russian economy after the collapse of the Soviet Union that included the sale of state oil and gas companies. The economic system under President Yeltsin, Putin on the economy as well as energy policy of the two Presidents. The fourth chapter includes a brief description of the Russian Economy, the current eco- nomic situation-external factors 1) fall in oil and gas prices 2) economic sanctions. Then an analysis is made of the mineral wealth and the risk of dependence on natural resources. Finally, they are analyzed the conclusions of the study. The contribution of this thesis is to understand the degree of impact of the curse of resources and the development potential of the Russian economy in an environment of volatile oil prices and natural gas. | el |
