dc.description.abstractΣτην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία διερευνάται η ενταξιακή πορεία της Αλβανίας στην ΕΕ και η ποιότητα και κατάσταση του κράτους δικαίου μετά από πολυετή πορεία ενταξιακών διαπραγματεύσεων. Γίνεται μία απόπειρα να αξιολογηθεί η επίδραση των κριτήριων αιρεσιμότητας και των περιεχόμενων προϋποθέσεων στην λειτουργία του κράτους δικαίου στην χώρα και παράλληλα διερευνάται η σημερινή κατάσταση της λειτουργικότητας του κράτους δικαίου, ως βασικό και πρωταρχικό κριτήριο ένταξης. Επιπλέον, ερευνάται το μέγεθος της μετασχηματιστικής ισχύος της ΕΕ στην περίπτωση της Αλβανίας και η επίδραση στην ενίσχυση της εμπέδωσης του κράτους δικαίου. Τέλος, αποπειράται η παρουσίαση προτεινόμενων μεθόδων και εργαλείων που θα πρέπει να εφαρμοσθούν στην πολιτική της διεύρυνσης των χωρών των Δυτικών Βαλκανίων και δη στην υπό εξέταση χώρα την Αλβανία, με βάση την Νέα Μεθοδολογία Διεύρυνσης του 2020.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThis dissertation explores Albania's accession to the EU and the quality and status of the rule of law after many years of accession negotiations. An attempt is made to assess the impact of the criteria of conditionality and the contained conditions on the functioning of the rule of law in the country and at the same time the current state of the functioning of the rule of law is investigated as a basic and primary criterion for integration. In addition, the extent of the EU's transformative power in the case of Albania and its impact on strengthening the rule of law is being investigated. Finally, an attempt is made to present proposed methods and tools that should be applied in the enlargement policy of the Western Balkan countries, namely in the country under consideration, Albania, based on the New Enlargement Methodology of 2020.el
