| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει τη δημιουργία και ανάπτυξη ενός αθλητικού συλλόγου Beach Volley στην περιοχή των Ιωαννίνων, εστιάζοντας στη βιωσιμότητα, τις οικονομικές προκλήσεις και τις ευκαιρίες που προσφέρει ο αθλητικός τουρισμός. Μέσα από την ανάλυση των πηγών εσόδων του συλλόγου, όπως οι συνδρομές μελών, οι χορηγίες, τα προπονητικά προγράμματα και η ενοικίαση των εγκαταστάσεων, αναδεικνύονται οι βασικές προκλήσεις που πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσει για τη μακροχρόνια λειτουργία του. Η εργασία εστιάζει επίσης στη σημασία των συνεργασιών με τοπικές επιχειρήσεις και φορείς για την οικονομική ενίσχυση του συλλόγου, καθώς και στην ανάγκη επένδυσης σε σύγχρονες υποδομές. Η ανάπτυξη του αθλητικού τουρισμού στην περιοχή προσφέρει σημαντικές προοπτικές για την αύξηση των εσόδων, μέσω της διοργάνωσης αθλητικών εκδηλώσεων και τουρνουά που προσελκύουν επισκέπτες από όλη την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Παράλληλα, η εργασία προτείνει στρατηγικές για τη βελτίωση της οικονομικής σταθερότητας του συλλόγου, όπως η ενίσχυση των χορηγιών και η αξιοποίηση ψηφιακών μέσων για την προώθηση των αθλητικών δραστηριοτήτων. Η έρευνα αναδεικνύει τη σημασία της σωστής διαχείρισης των οικονομικών και της επένδυσης σε υποδομές και συνεργασίες για τη βιωσιμότητα του συλλόγου. Η μελλοντική έρευνα μπορεί να επικεντρωθεί σε καινοτόμες πηγές χρηματοδότησης, στην ενίσχυση του αθλητικού τουρισμού και στην αξιοποίηση τεχνολογιών για τη βελτίωση της λειτουργίας των αθλητικών συλλόγων. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The aim of this study os to examine the creation and development of a Beach Volleyball Club in the region of Ioannina, focusing on the sustainability, the economic challenges and the opportunities offered by sports tourism. Through the analysis of the club's sources of income, such as membership fees, sponsorships, training programs and facility rentals, the key challenges that the club needs to address for its long-term operation are highlighted. The paper also focuses on the importance of partnerships with local businesses and institutions for the financial strengthening of the club, as well as the need to invest in modern infrastructure. The development of sports tourism in the region offers significant potential for revenue growth through the organization of sporting events and tournaments that attract visitors from all over Greece and abroad. At the same time, the paper proposes strategies to improve the financial stability of the club, such as enhancing sponsorships and using digital media to promote sports activities. The research highlights the importance of proper financial management and investment in infrastructure and partnerships for the sustainability of the club. Future research can focus on innovative sources of funding, enhancing sports tourism and harnessing technologies to improve the operation of sports clubs. | el |
