dc.description.abstractΣήμερα οι Δήμοι της Ελλάδας μέσα από την συμβολή των κοινοτικών και εθνικών πόρων έχουν διασφάλιση σε σημαντικό βαθμό την κοινωνική συνοχή των τοπικών κοινωνιών. Οι κοινοτικοί και εθνικοί πόροι βοήθησαν στην δημιουργία νέων κοινωνικών δομών και την χρηματοδότηση των υπαρχόντων βελτιώνοντας την άσκηση κοινωνικής πολιτικής από τον Πρώτο βαθμό αυτοδιοίκησης μετά την εκδήλωση της κρίσης. Οι κοινωνικές συνέπειες της κρίσης αύξησαν τα προβλήματα του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού της ανεργίας και της φτώχειας, προβλήματα που το κράτος αδυνατώντας να τα αντιμετωπίσει τα μεταβίβασε στους ΟΤΑ ως νέες αρμοδιότητες άσκησης κοινωνικής πολιτικής Η σημαντική προσφορά των ΝΠΔΔ των ΟΤΑ στην υλοποίηση των κοινωνικών προγραμμάτων. Οι συμμετοχή των δήμων στις δαπάνες από τους προϋπολογισμούς για την κοινωνική πολιτική . Η συμβολή των κοινοτικών πόρων μέσα από το ΕΣΠΑ στην επίτευξη της κοινωνικής ευημερίας. Τέλος οι μηχανισμοί κοινωνικής προστασίας των Ελληνικών Δήμων με μελέτη περίπτωσης τον Δήμο Λαμιέων, ως προς τον τρόπο που ασκεί κοινωνική πολιτική.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedToday, the Municipalities of Greece through the contribution of community and national resources have ensured a significant degree of social cohesion of local communities. Community and national resources have helped to create new social structures and to fund existing ones by improving the exercise of social policy from the first degree of self-government after the crisis. The social consequences of the crisis have increased the problems of social exclusion of unemployment and poverty, problems that the state, unable to address, transferred to the local authorities as new responsibilities for the exercise of social policy. The important contribution of the NPDD of the Local Authorities in the implementation of the social programs. The participation of the municipalities in the expenditures from the budgets for the social policy. The contribution of Community resources through the NSRF to achieving social welfare.
