| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα Διπλωματική Εργασία μελετά το ζήτημα της Ανακύκλωσης και της Κυκλικής Οικονομίας. Παρουσιάζονται οι βασικές αρχές που διέπουν την Κυκλική Οικονομία αλλά και οι προκλήσεις που καλούνται να αντιμετωπίσουν οι χώρες οι οποίες επιλέγουν να υιοθετήσουν τη μετάβαση από το γραμμικό μοντέλο στο κυκλικό. Μελετώνται δύο βασικές ειδικές περιπτώσεις. Αρχικά, γίνεται ενασχόληση με τις αποφάσεις και τις δράσεις που έχουν ληφθεί σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο με σκοπό τη μετάβαση στην Κυκλική Οικονομία. Επιπλέον, γίνεται η μελέτη της ειδικής περίπτωσης της Ελλάδας καθώς και των στρατηγικών και των δράσεων που υπάρχουν προς την κατεύθυνση αυτή. Τέλος, οι δύο ειδικές περιπτώσεις σχολιάζονται ως προς τις δράσεις τους. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | In this Master Thesis, we study Recycling and Circular Economy. The basic properties of the Circular Economy are presented as well as the challenges that will come up when the countries choose to adopt the transition from the linear to the circular model. Two basic special cases are studied. Firstly, we present the decisions and actions that have been taken at the European level in order to be true the transition to the Circular Economy. In addition, the special case of Greece is studied as well as the strategies and actions that already exist in this direction. Finally, we criticize the actions of these two special cases. | el |
