dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία θα διερευνήσει όλο το φάσμα της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης από το παρελθόν έως σήμερα και θα καταλήξει στην μετάβαση στη Ψηφιακή Εποχή. Θα ασχοληθεί με την αποτελεσματικότητα του Ψηφιακού Μετασχηματισμού και της Ψηφιακής Βίβλου της σύγχρονης δημόσιας διοίκησης στην Ελλάδα. Ταυτόχρονα όμως, θα αναφερθεί ο καταλυτικός ρόλος της πανδημίας Covid-19 που προκάλεσε μια εξαιρετικά ισχυρή αντίδραση στον κρατικό μηχανισμό και οδήγησε στην εισαγωγή κρίσιμων μεταρρυθμίσεων στο εγχώριο διοικητικό σύστημα ενώ θα διευρυνθούν οι επιπτώσεις της πανδημίας στη δημόσια διοίκηση.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThis paper will explore the whole spectrum of Public Administration from the past to the present and will conclude with the transition to the Digital Age. It will address the effectiveness of Digital Transformation and the Digital Agenda of the modern public administration in Greece. At the same time, however, the catalytic role of the Covid-19 pandemic that caused an extremely strong reaction in the state apparatus and led to the introduction of critical reforms in the domestic administrative system will be mentioned, while the impact of the pandemic on public administration will be expanded.el
