| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να εξεταστεί και να αποσαφηνιστεί το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο του διαδικτυακού στοιχηματισμού στη χώρα μας, εστιάζοντας στον ρόλο και στον χαρακτήρα της Επιτροπής Εποπτείας και Ελέγχου Παιγνίου, στο ζήτημα του εθισμού στα τυχερά παίγνια και στις πρακτικές του Υπεύθυνου Στοιχηματισμού και τέλος, πώς οι στοιχηματικές online εταιρείες αξιοποιούν και εντάσσουν τη μέθοδο της χορηγίας στα αναπτυξιακά τους σχέδια. Η επιλογή του θέματος δεν ήταν τυχαία, λόγω του εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος του ερευνητή και καθώς παρατηρείται ραγδαία αύξηση ενδιαφέροντος για τον συγκεκριμένο τομέα από την ίδια τη κοινωνία. Αξιοποιήθηκε η μέθοδος της ποιοτικής έρευνας, με τη συλλογή και μελέτη διατάξεων από την ελληνική νομοθεσία, ακαδημαϊκών βιβλίων και άρθρων, υλικού και στατιστικών από το διαδίκτυο. Επιπροσθέτως, διεξήχθησαν 3 ημι-δομημένες συνεντεύξεις. Το δείγμα ήταν ευκολίας και επελέγη με βάση την πρόσβαση του ερευνητή στα ερωτώμενα πρόσωπα, λόγω του κοινού τους εργασιακού τους περιβάλλοντος. Το δείγμα αποτελείται από 4 συνολικά άτομα που σχετίζονται οι υπαλληλικές τους αρμοδιότητες άμεσα με τα ζητούμενα της εργασίας. Οι συνεντεύξεις διεξήχθησαν μέσω διαδικτύου και υπήρξε η σύμφωνη γνώμη τόσο των υπαλλήλων όσο και της ίδιας της εταιρείας για τη συμμετοχή τους στην έρευνα. Όλοι οι συνεντευξιαζόμενοι ενημερώθηκαν για τον εθελοντικό και προαιρετικό χαρακτήρα της συμμετοχής τους, για την ανωνυμία των συζητήσεων, για τη μη χρήση των ευαίσθητων προσωπικών δεδομένων του και ασφαλώς για την αποκλειστική χρήση της έρευνας για ακαδημαϊκούς και μόνον λόγους από τον ερευνητή και το ίδιο το πανεπιστήμιο. Τα αποτελέσματα των συζητήσεων επιβεβαίωσαν ότι ο διαδικτυακός κόσμος του στοιχήματος χρειαζόταν άμεσες νομοθετικές παρεμβάσεις, ότι οι πρακτικές που έχουν σχεδιαστεί, συμφωνηθεί και αποφασιστεί, υλοποιούνται και στην πράξη με απτά και σημαντικά αποτελέσματα τόσο στον τομέα του Υπεύθυνου Στοιχηματισμού όσο και στον κομμάτι της ανάπτυξης χορηγιών. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The purpose of this report is to examine and clarify the legal framework of online gambling in our country, focusing on the role and the features of the gambling supervision and the control committee, the issue of gambling addiction and the practices of the gambling manager and finally, how online betting companies utilize and integrate the sponsorship method into their development plans. The choice of the topic was not random, due to the working environment of the researcher and as there is a rapid increase in interest in this field by society itself. The method of qualitative research was utilized with the collection and study of provisions from the Greek legislation, academic books, articles, and statistics from internet sources. In addition, 3 semi-structured interviews were conducted. The sample was convenient and was selected based on the researchers access to the respondents, due to their common work environment. The sample consists of 4 people in total whose employee responsibilities are directly related to the job requirements. The interviews were conducted online and there was the consent of both the employees and the company itself for their participation on the research. All interviewees were informed about the voluntary nature of their participation, about the anonymity of the discussions, about the non-use of sensitive and personal date and of course about the exclusive use of the research for academic reasons only by the researcher and the University itself. The results of the discussions confirmed that the world of online betting needed immediate legislative interventions, practices that have been structured, agreed and decided are being implemented in practice with important results both in the field of responsible betting and in the area of sponsorship development. | el |
