dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία έχει ως σκοπό την έρευνα για την σημασία της αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας, εντός και εκτός ενός οργανισμού. Στην εργασία, ερευνώνται όλα τα απαραίτητα δομικά στοιχεία που πρέπει να πραγματοποιεί ένας οργανισμός έτσι ώστε να μπορεί να επικοινωνεί αποτελεσματικά με όλα τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη του, στο εσωτερικό αλλά και το εξωτερικό του περιβάλλον. Η εργασία αποσαφηνίζει έννοιες όπως η δημιουργία, η σημασία και η επίδραση του εταιρικού αφηγήματος, η σύνδεση του οράματος και των στόχων μίας εταιρείας με την επικοινωνιακή στρατηγική και επιτυχία της, καθώς και οι τρόποι ανάπτυξης ειλικρινών και αποτελεσματικών σχέσεων με όλα τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη ενός οργανισμού. Τα δύο πρώτα κεφάλαια εστιάζουν στην βιβλιογραφία των παραπάνω εννοιών και πρακτικών, ενώ το τρίτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας, στοχεύει μέσω ενός πραγματικού παραδείγματος επικοινωνίας, στο οποίο ο γράφοντας έχει συμμετάσχει ενεργά από την πρώτη μέρα υλοποίησης του, να αποσαφηνίσει και να απεικονίσει με απλό, μεστό και κατανοητό τρόπο την σημασία της θεωρίας που αναπτύσσεται στα δύο πρώτα κεφάλαια.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe purpose of this paper is to research the importance of effective communication, inside and outside an organization. The paper examines and researches all the necessary structural elements that an organization must carry out so that it can communicate effectively with all its stakeholders, both internally and externally. The paper clarifies theoretical terms and meanings such as the creation, importance and impact of the corporate narrative, linking a company's vision and goals with its communication strategy and success, as well as it tries to define ways to develop honest and effective relationships with all stakeholders in and outside an organization. The first two chapters focus on the literature of the above terms and practices, while the third and last chapter of the paper, aims through a real example of communication, in which the writer has actively participated from the first day of its implementation, to clarify and illustrate with simple, a rich and understandable way the importance and the practical meaning of the theory that has been developed in the first two chapters.el
