| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως στόχο την ανάδειξη του προβλήματος της ρύπανσης των υδάτινων πόρων της Ανατολικής Πελοποννήσου και ιδίως της περιοχής της Λακωνίας και του κύριου υδροφόρου ορίζοντα αυτής του ποταμού Ευρώτα. Αρχικά, γίνεται προσπάθεια αποσαφήνισης των όρων «υδάτινοι πόροι» και «ρύπανση» ενώ στη συνέχεια αναλύονται λεπτομερώς οι διάφορες πηγές πρόκλησης της ρύπανσης των υδάτων. Εν συνεχεία, γίνεται μνεία στο νομοθετικό πλαίσιο και που διέπει τη διαχείριση και προστασία των υδάτινων πόρων και τις αρμόδιες προς τούτο αρχές τόσο σε ευρωπαϊκό όσο και εθνικό επίπεδο. Ακολούθως παρουσιάζονται τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν οι περιοχές της Ανατολικής Πελοποννήσου και δίνεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις πηγές ρύπανσης των ποταμών και του υδροφόρου ορίζοντα του Νομού Λακωνίας. Τέλος εξάγονται συμπεράσματα και προτείνονται λύσεις για την αντιμετώπιση του ερευνηθέντος ζητήματος. Η εργασία στηρίχθηκε σε προγενέστερες μελέτες που έχουν γίνει για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα και σε σχετική βιβλιογραφία και αρθρογραφία, καθώς και στην προσωπική εμπειρία της συγγραφέως μέσα από την εργασιακή της πορεία. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The aim of this paper is to highlight the problem of the pollution of the water resources of the Eastern Peloponnese and especially the region of Laconia and its main aquifer, the river Evrotas. Firstly, an attempt is made to clarify the terms "water resources" and "pollution", while then the various sources of water pollution are analyzed in detail. Afterwards, reference is made to the legislative framework that governs the management and protection of water resources and the relevant authorities at both European and national level. Subsequently, the problems faced by the regions of the South Peloponnese are presented and special emphasis is placed on the possible sources of pollution of the rivers and the table water of the Prefecture of Laconia. Finally, conclusions are drawn and solutions are proposed to address the investigated issue. The paper was based on previous studies that have been published on the specific topic and on relevant literature and journalism as well as on the author's personal experience through her career. | el |
