| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάστηκε ο στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός της ΕΑΓΜΕ. Η ΕΑΓΜΕ συστάθηκε με αυτή τη νομική μορφή το 2019. Στην εργασία παρουσιάστηκε η υπάρχουσα οργανωτική δομή, έγινε ανάλυση του εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος μέσα από το πρίσμα του θεσμικού πλαισίου (ελληνικού και ευρωπαϊκού) Επίσης παρουσιάστηκε το στρατηγικό πλάνο και προτάθηκαν δείκτες για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου επίτευξης των στόχων που τέθηκαν. Τα αποτελέσματα αυτής εργασίας αποφέρουν σημαντικά συμπεράσματα για το μέλλον και την στρατηγική σχεδίαση του που απαιτεί την εφαρμογή μιας πολιτικής που θα οδηγήσει στην μακροπρόθεσμη βιωσιμότητά του και θα αποφέρει ουσιαστική στήριξη στους φυσικούς πόρους, στους πολίτες και στους εργαζομένους του οργανισμού. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This paper presents the strategic planning of EAGME. EAGME was established in this legal form in 2019. In this essay the existing organizational structure is presented also the internal and external environment are analyzed from the point of view of the institutional frame work (Greek and European) It is also presented a strategic plan and there are proposed indicators in order to monitor the progress towards achieving the goals which are set. Questionnaires were filled The results of this exploratory process provide important insights into the future and strategic planning of organization.
