| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται μία καταγραφή του τρόπου διαχείρισης των ΑΣΑ της Περιφέρειας Δυτικής Μακεδονίας .Η διαχείριση των ΑΣΑ αποτελεί ένα σύνθετο περιβαλλοντικό πρόβλημα με πολλές επιπτώσεις, κοινωνικές, οικονομικές. Από τις 5 Ιουλίου 2017 στην Κοζάνη λειτουργεί το πρώτο Ολοκληρωμένο Έργο Διαχείρισης Απορριμμάτων. Είναι η Πρώτη ΜΕΑ στην χώρα . Το Έργο αποτελεί κομβικό στοιχείο του ΟΣΔΑ .Η υλοποίηση των έργων βρίσκονται σε απόλυτη συμφωνία με τα όσα ορίζει ο ΠΕΣΔΑ Δυτικής Μακεδονίας . Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας δίνονται ορισμοί και έννοιες που συναντάμε στη Διαχείριση των ΑΣΑ ,το θεσμικό πλαίσιο διαχείρισης των ΑΣΑ , τις κατηγορίες των ΑΣΑ ,την σύστασή τους ,την συνολική ποσότητα παραγόμενων ΑΣΑ στην Π.Δ.Μ. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία σύντομοι περιγραφή των μεθόδων διαχείρισης των ΑΣΑ .Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας γίνεται αναφορά στο ολοκληρωμένο σύστημα διαχείρισης απορριμμάτων της Π.Δ.Μ και πως αυτό λειτουργεί.. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο της εργασία αναφέρεται στη Μελέτη, Χρηματοδότηση, Κατασκευή, Συντήρηση και Λειτουργία υποδομών του Ολοκληρωμένου Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Απορριμμάτων (ΟΣΔΑ) Περιφέρειας Δυτικής Μακεδονίας με ΣΔΙΤ. τα οφέλη της ΜΕΑ για την κοινωνία και το περιβάλλον και τέλος στο παράρτημα δίνονται απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα που αφορούν την διαχείριση των ΑΣΑ στη Π.Δ.Μ. καθώς επίσης και ερωτήματα σχετικά με την νέα ΜΕΑ. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | In the present paper there is an inventory of the management of Urban Solid Waste of the Region of Western Macedonia. Management of Urban Solid Waste is a complex environmental problem with many impacts, social, economic. From July 5 2017 in Kozani operates the first Integrated Waste Management Project. It is the First Waste Treatment Unit in the country. The project is a key element of the Integrated Management System Waste. The project implementation is in complete agreement with what is established by the Regional Waste Management Planning of Western Macedonia. In the first chapter of the work given definitions and concepts found in the Municipal Solid Waste Management, the institution of municipal solid waste management framework, the categories of Municipal Solid Waste, the composition and the total amount of generated municipal solid waste in Western Macedonia. The second chapter is a brief description of Municipal Solid Waste management methods .In the third chapter of work is referred to the Region of Western Macedonia integrated waste management system and how it work . The fourth section of the paper refers to the Design, Financing, construction, Maintenance and Operation of infrastructure of the Integrated Waste Management System (OSDA) Region of Western Macedonia with SDIT. The benefits of the Waste Treatment Unit for society and the environment and finally in the annex answers to questions concerning the management of Urban Solid Waste in Western Macedonia as well as questions about the new Waste Treatment Unit . | el |
