Το δικαίωμα των παιδιών με αναπηρία στην ισότιμη σχολική εκπαίδευση: συμπερίληψη στο μάθημα της φυσικής αγωγής

| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να παρουσιαστεί το εθνικό και διεθνές νομικό πλαίσιο του δικαιώματος των παιδιών με αναπηρία στην ισότιμη σχολική εκπαίδευση και η εφαρμογή του στο μάθημα της φυσικής αγωγής μέσω της συμπερίληψης. Η μέθοδος που ακολουθήθηκε είναι η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση. Τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που επιχειρήθηκε να απαντηθούν μέσω της εργασίας είναι: 1.Με ποιους τρόπους/πώς προστατεύεται νομικά το δικαίωμα των παιδιών με αναπηρία στην ισότιμη σχολική εκπαίδευση; 2.Πώς εμποδίζεται η ισότιμη συμμετοχή των μαθητών με αναπηρία στο μάθημα της φυσικής αγωγής στα γενικά σχολεία; 3.Ποιες λύσεις προτείνονται για την αποτελεσματικότερη συμπερίληψη των μαθητών με αναπηρία στο μάθημα της φυσικής αγωγής στα γενικά σχολεία; Πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα με λέξεις κλειδιά σε βάσεις δεδομένων, βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση, παρουσίαση αποτελεσμάτων και συζήτηση/συμπεράσματα. Ως προς το πρώτο ερευνητικό ερώτημα τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι το δικαίωμα των παιδιών με αναπηρία στην ισότιμη σχολική εκπαίδευση και η συμπερίληψή τους στο μάθημα της φυσικής αγωγής στην χώρα μας προστατεύεται από διεθνείς συμβάσεις, με σημαντικότερη την Σύμβαση των Ηνωμένων Εθνών για τα δικαιώματα των ατόμων με αναπηρία, το Σύνταγμα και τον νόμο 3699/2008 για την ειδική αγωγή και εκπαίδευση. Ως προς το δεύτερο και το τρίτο ερευνητικό ερώτημα καταγράφηκαν εμπόδια και προτάσεις/λύσεις για την συμπερίληψη στην φυσική αγωγή που αφορούν τις στάσεις των ίδιων των μαθητών με αναπηρία, των εκπαιδευτικών, των γονέων και των υπόλοιπων μαθητών, την κατάρτιση των εκπαιδευτικών, το φυσικό περιβάλλον και τον εξοπλισμό, θέματα διοικητικά και οργανωτικά (επαρκείς διορισμοί, ύπαρξη βοηθητικού προσωπικού, συνεργασία εκπαιδευτικών μεταξύ τους, με τον σχολικό διευθυντή, με τα παιδιά και τους γονείς), συμπεριληπτική οργάνωση της διδασκαλίας, αλλαγή της κουλτούρας του σχολείου, κατάρτιση εξατομικευμένων προγραμμάτων, σχεδίων μαθημάτων προσαρμοσμένης φυσικής αγωγής, παροχή εύλογων προσαρμογών και υποστήριξης και ευαισθητοποίηση σε θέματα ατομικών δικαιωμάτων και συμπερίληψης. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The purpose of the paper is to present the national and international legal framework of the right of children with disabilities to equal school education and its application in the physical education course through inclusion. The method followed is the bibliographic review. The research questions attempted to be answered are: 1. In what ways/how is the right of children with disabilities to equal schooling legally protected? 2. How is the equal participation of students with disabilities hindered in the physical education course in general schools? 3. What solutions are proposed for the more effective inclusion of students with disabilities in the physical education class in general schools? A keyword search of databases, literature review, presentation of results and discussion/conclusions were performed. Regarding the first research question, the results showed that the right of children with disabilities to equal school education and their inclusion in the physical education course in our country is protected by international conventions, the most important of which is the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Constitution and Law 3699/2008 on special education. Regarding the second and third research questions, obstacles and proposals/solutions for inclusion in physical education were found regarding the attitudes of students with disabilities themselves, teachers, parents and other students, teacher training, the physical environment and equipment, administrative and organizational issues (adequate appointments of teachers, existence of auxiliary staff, cooperation of teachers with each other, with the school director, with the other children and parents), inclusive organization of teaching, change of school culture, preparation of individualized programs, adapted physical education classes, providing reasonable accommodation and support and raising awareness of human rights and inclusion. | el |
