dc.description.abstractΗ ανάγκη δημοσίων πολιτικών στην Ελλάδα για την προστασία της οικογένειας ξεκίνησε με την υιοθέτηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Στρατηγικής για την Απασχόληση, που δημιουργήθηκε από την αύξηση της συμμετοχής των γυναικών στην εργασία. Η στοχοθεσία της Ελλάδας ήταν διττή. Η αύξηση του χρόνου της γυναίκας στο σπίτι και η αύξηση των ωρών του παιδιού σε δομές φύλαξης. Βασικό πρόγραμμα για τη σύμπραξη των δυο αποτελεί η «Εναρμόνιση Οικογενειακής και Επαγγελματικής Ζωής». Χρηματοδοτικός σύμμαχος για την πολιτική Εναρμόνισης ήταν η Πολιτική Συνοχής της Ε.Ε. Από το 2010 έως το 2022 μεσολάβησαν δυο προγραμματικές περίοδοι. Η ένταξη του στο ΕΣΠΑ 2014 – 2020 ήταν μεταβατική για τον εκσυγχρονισμό του. Στην εξέλιξή του, διασφαλίζει την οικονομική ενίσχυση νοικοκυριών στο όριο της φτώχειας και οικογενειών με άτομα ΑΜΕΑ, ενισχύει γυναίκες που επιθυμούν να εργαστούν με ισότιμους όρους στην αγορά, αυξάνει θέσεις φροντίδας βρεφών και νηπίων και απλοποιεί τις διαδικασίες, βαδίζοντας προς ένα ολοκληρωμένο σύστημα ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού. Ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζουν οι συγκριτικοί πίνακες ετήσιων αποτελεσμάτων, με τον αριθμό ωφελούμενων αλλά και παρόχων θέσεων φροντίδας στην Επικράτεια, αλλά και στην Περιφέρεια Πελοποννήσου. Συμπερασματικά, ο σχεδιασμός η διαχείριση και υλοποίηση του προγράμματος, συντελεί καίρια στην ενδυνάμωση των νοικοκυριών, στην κοινωνική ένταξη και συμφιλίωση οικογένειας και επαγγέλματος, στην ισότητα όλων στην εργασία, στη διατήρηση της απασχόλησης και στην καταπολέμηση της φτώχειας .el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe need for public policies in Greece to protect the family began at the end of the 80’s,by embracing the European Employment Strategy, forced by the need to increase women's participation in employment . Greece’s targeting to that was double tasked importance : To increase women’s time at home(by giving them more take off time) and increase of the children hours outside of home, in childcare facilities. The iconic program for the collaboration of the two tasks is the "Work-Life Balance" Program. A financial ally for the Work-Life Balance policy was the Cohesion Policy of the EU. From 2010 to 2022, two programming periods intervened. It was initially financed by the European Social Bank (ESB) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and was later implemented with co financing from the ESB and the national piece of the Public Investment Program (PIP).The inclusion of the program in the strategic planning of the NSRF 2014-2020 initiated an important phase of its modernization. The structures involved in the Program, throughout the period we are examining, are Infant and Nursery Schools, Integrated Care Nurseries, Kindergartens, Centers for Creative Employment of Children and Centers for Creative Employment of Children with Special Needs of public and private structures. The target group of the Program is initially working and unemployed mothers, who work in the private sector or are self-employed. The social acceptance of the Program is reflected in the increasing course of participation requests. In its evolution, this program ensures the financial support of households with income below the poverty line and supports families with people with special needs. It strengthens women who wish to work on equal terms, it increases the facilities of protection and care for infants and toddlers and finally it simplifies all the processes, moving towards το an integrated system of digital transformation. In this study, are presented comparative boards of annual results, with the number of beneficiaries and providers of care positions in the Territory, as well as in the Peloponnese Region. In conclusion, the planning, management and implementation of the program is a key contributor to the invigoration of households, to social integration and reconciliation of family and work, to equality of all in employment , to the maintenance of job and to fight against poverty. “Work-Life Balance” programs prove to be valuable and reliable "partners" in well-planned and multi targeted public policies, that have the ultimate goal of redefining the position of women in social life. The effort to upgrade these policies can be further strengthened by establishing flexible forms of work, supporting part-time work with the possibility of full-time work, when care obligations are limited, eliminate inequalities of working parents between the private and public sectors, ensuring access for all infants and toddlers to a public nursery, setting up new child care infrastructures in Municipalities and Regions with funding from the state, etc. “Work-Life Balance” policies, are policies of equality with an expanded interpretation, the development of economic and social conditions, aiming at the removal of all stereotypes in Greek society.el
