dc.description.abstractΣτην εργασία αυτή γίνεται προσπάθεια να αναλυθούν πως συμβάλλουν στην διαμορφώση της κοινωνικής πολιτικής τα Παραρτήματα Ρομά των Δήμων για το Ρομά πληθυσμό και η Τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση τι ρόλο κατέχει προς την ίδια κατεύθυνση. Στο παραπάνω πλαίσιο σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης έρευνας ήταν να διαπιστωθεί ο βαθμός επίτευξης των στόχων της Εθνικής Στρατηγικής Ένταξης των Ρομά μέσω του Παραρτήματος Ρομά του Δήμου Κομοτηνής, καθώς και να αναδειχθούν τα σημεία εκείνα τα οποία επιδέχονται προσοχής και βελτίωσης του Παραρτήματος Ρομά, μέσω της αξιολόγησης του βαθμού ικανοποίησης από τους ίδιους του Ρομά. Η έρευνα αφορούσε σε πρωτογενή δεδομένα, τα οποία συλλέχθηκαν με τη μέθοδο του ερωτηματολογίου σε δείγμα 172 ατόμων, ηλικίας 18 – 65 ετών, τα οποία είναι αποδέκτες των υπηρεσιών του Παραρτήματος Ρομά του Δήμου Κομοτηνής. Τα ευρήματα της έρευνας φανέρωσαν ότι ο συνολικός βαθμός ικανοποίησης των συμμετεχόντων από τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες υγείας του Παραρτήματος είναι υψηλός (80%), όπως υψηλός είναι και ο βαθμός ικανοποίησης τους από τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής φροντίδας/ μέριμνας (85%). Αντίθετα, ο βαθμός ικανοποίησης τους από τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες εκπαίδευσης παρουσιάζεται μέτριος (38%), όπως και για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες απασχόλησης (47,1%), ενώ για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες στέγασης/ βελτίωσης συνθηκών διαβίωσης ο βαθμός ικανοποίησης είναι αρκετά χαμηλός (8%).el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedIn this paper, an attempt is made to analyze how the Roma Branches of the Municipalities contribute to the formation of social policy for the Roma population and what role the Local Government has in the same direction. In the above context, the purpose of the specific research was to establish the degree of achievement of the goals of the National Roma Integration Strategy through the Roma Annex of the Municipality of Komotini, as well as to highlight those points which are amenable to attention and improvement of the Roma Annex, through the evaluation of degree of satisfaction from the Roma themselves. The research concerned primary data, which were collected using the questionnaire method in a sample of 172 people, aged 18 – 65, who are recipients of the services of the Roma Branch of the Municipality of Komotini. The research findings showed that the overall level of satisfaction of the participants with the health services provided by the Annex is high (80%), as is their level of satisfaction with the social care services provided (85%). On the contrary, their degree of satisfaction with the education services provided is moderate (38%), just as for the employment services provided (47.1%), while for the housing/improvement of living conditions services provided the degree of satisfaction is quite low (8 %).el
