| dc.description.abstract | H συγκεκριμένη διατριβή μεταπτυχιακής ειδίκευσης αποτελεί μια προσπάθεια να καταγραφούν κάποιες σημαντικές και αθέατες πτυχές της πρόσφατης ιστορίας του Αγίου Όρους και, συγκεκριμένα, γεγονότα που διαδραματίστηκαν στον 19ο και στον 20ό αιώνα. Το θέμα της, βέβαια, δεν εξαντλήθηκε, γιατί προφανώς υπάρχουν κι άλλες ανεξερεύνητες πηγές που θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν πιο ενδελεχή την έρευνα. Ωστόσο παρουσιάστηκαν αντικειμενικά και εμπεριστατωμένα τα γεγονότα και τα πρόσωπα που έπαιξαν κομβικό ρόλο στην εδραίωση του Αγίου Όρους ως αναπόσπαστο τμήμα της ελληνικής επικράτειας, αλλά και των διπλωματικών εξελίξεων που παγίωσαν το ιδιόμορφο καθεστώς της Αθωνικής Πολιτείας στο διεθνές σκηνικό. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This particular master's thesis is an attempt to record some important and unseen aspects of the recent history of Mount Athos and, specifically, events that took place in the 19th and 20th centuries. Of course, her subject was not exhausted, because obviously there are other undiscovered sources that could make the research more thorough. However, the events and persons who played a pivotal role in the consolidation of Mount Athos as an integral part of the Greek territory, as well as the diplomatic developments that consolidated the peculiar status of the Athonian State in the international scene, were presented objectively and thoroughly. | el |
