dc.description.abstractΗ πανδημία του κορωνοϊού αποτέλεσε μία από τις μεγαλύτερες προκλήσεις της σύγχρονης εποχής επηρεάζοντας κάθε πτυχή της κοινωνικής και οικονομικής ζωής. Στην Ελλάδα η ανάγκη για άμεση και αποτελεσματική αντίδραση οδήγησε σε σημαντικές μεταβολές στην κοινωνική πολιτική, ιδίως σε τοπικό επίπεδο, όπου οι Οργανισμοί Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης (ΟΤΑ) βρέθηκαν στην πρώτη γραμμή της διαχείρισης της κρίσης. Η εργασία αναλύει τις νέες δράσεις, τα χρηματοδοτικά εργαλεία και τις καινοτομίες που εφαρμόστηκαν, εξετάζοντας τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι τοπικές αρχές προσαρμόστηκαν στις νέες συνθήκες. Το κεντρικό ερευνητικό ερώτημα της εργασίας είναι η μεταβολή της κοινωνικής πολιτικής στην τοπική αυτοδιοίκηση μετά την πανδημία του κορωνοϊού. Συγκεκριμένα, η εργασία θα διερευνήσει εάν η υγειονομική κρίση οδήγησε σε νέες δράσεις και πολιτικές, ποιες ήταν αυτές οι δράσεις και πώς οι τοπικές αρχές κατάφεραν να αξιοποιήσουν τους διαθέσιμους πόρους για να ανταποκριθούν στις προκλήσεις. Επιπλέον, θα εξεταστεί εάν οι αλλαγές που πραγματοποιήθηκαν είναι βιώσιμες και αν έχουν θέσει τις βάσεις για μια πιο ανθεκτική και ευέλικτη κοινωνική πολιτική στο μέλλον. Για την επίτευξη των στόχων της εργασίας θα χρησιμοποιηθεί βιβλιογραφική μελέτη που θα περιλαμβάνει την ανάλυση δευτερογενών πηγών, όπως βιβλία, επιστημονικά άρθρα, εκθέσεις και άλλες δημοσιεύσεις. Η μεθοδολογία της μελέτης θα περιλαμβάνει τη συλλογή πληροφοριών, την ανάλυση δεδομένων και τη σύνθεση ευρημάτων, προκειμένου να απαντηθεί το ερευνητικό ερώτημα και να υποστηριχθούν οι στόχοι της μελέτης.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe coronavirus pandemic has been one of the greatest challenges of modern times, profoundly affecting every aspect of social and economic life. The need for an immediate and effective response has led to significant changes in social policy, especially at local level, where Local Government Organizations (LGOs) have been at the forefront of crisis management. This thesis focuses on the study of the changes that occurred in the social policy of local government after the coronavirus era. The paper analyzes the new actions, financial tools and innovations implemented, examining how local authorities adapted to the new conditions. The central research question of the paper is the following: How has social policy changed in local government after the coronavirus pandemic? Specifically, the paper will explore whether the health crisis led to new actions and policies, what these actions were, and how local authorities managed to leverage available resources to respond to the challenges. In addition, it will examine whether the changes made are sustainable and whether they have laid the foundations for a more resilient and flexible social policy in the future. To achieve the objectives of the thesis, a literature study will be used that will include the analysis of secondary sources, such as books, scientific articles, reports and other publications. The methodology of the study will include gathering information, analyzing data and synthesizing findings in order to answer the research question and support the objectives of the study.el
