| dc.description.abstract | Η σύγχρονη κοινωνία συνεχώς μεταβάλλεται με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργούνται συνεχώς νέες ανάγκες σε όλους τους τομείς. Κάτω από την ομπρέλα των ραγδαίων εξελίξεων της κοινωνίας, η εκπαίδευση δεν μπορεί να μείνει ανεπηρέαστη. Για τον λόγο αυτό στο εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα εντάσσονται εκπαιδευτικές καινοτομίες, με στόχο να δημιουργήσουν νέα περιβάλλοντα μάθησης, αλλά και να αναπτύξουν στους μαθητές δεξιότητες που θα τους κάνουν να ανταποκριθούν με ευκολία στις απαιτήσεις της εποχής. Η παρούσα έρευνα διερευνά τις στάσεις και τις αντιλήψεις των σχολικών ηγετών, σχετικά με τον ρόλο που αναλαμβάνουν απέναντι στην εισαγωγή των εκπαιδευτικών καινοτομιών στο δημοτικό σχολείο. Συγκεκριμένα, η έρευνα επιχειρεί να μελετήσει τον ρόλο που έχουν οι σχολικοί ηγέτες απέναντι στη διάχυση της καινοτομίας, να αποτυπώσει τις απόψεις που έχουν σχετικά με την υφιστάμενη καινοτομία και τα προγράμματα που εφαρμόζονται, να περιγράψει την κατάσταση που επικρατεί στα σχολεία αλλά και να εντοπίσει προβλήματα και δυσκολίες που υπάρχουν στην διαδικασία εφαρμογής των καινοτομιών. Στην έρευνα χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ποιοτική μέθοδος και το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 8 σχολικοί ηγέτες από σχολικές μονάδες του Νομού Κορινθίας. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευ- νας κατέδειξαν ότι γίνονται μεγάλες προσπάθειες από το σύνολο των εκπαιδευτικών μονάδων για να ενσωματώσουν τις καινοτομίες, ότι ο σχολικός ηγέτης είναι ο βασικός παράγοντας για την επιτυχή εισαγωγή τους όμως εμπόδιο στέκεται κυρίως η στάση των εκπαιδευτικών καθώς ακόμη δεν έχουν πειστεί για την χρησιμότητα τους και δεν έχουν την κατάλληλη κατάρτιση-ενημέρωση για τις καινοτομίες. | el |

Under the umbrella of rapid developments in society, edu- cation cannot remain unaffected. For this reason, educational innovations are included in the educational system, with the aim of creating new learning environments, but also to develop in students skills that will make them respond easily to the demands of the time. The present research investigates the attitudes and perceptions of school leaders, re- garding the role they assume towards the introduction of educational innovations in primary school. Specifically, the research attempts to study the role of school leaders in the diffusion of innovation, to capture the opinions they have about existing inno- vation and the programs implemented, to describe the situation prevailing in schools and to identify problems and difficulties that exist in the procedural implementation of innovations. The qualitative method was used in the research and the sample consisted of 8 school leaders from school units in the Prefecture of Corinth. The results of the research showed that great efforts are being made by all educational units to integrate the inno- vations, that the school leader is the key factor for their successful introduction, but the main obstacle is the attitude of the teachers as they are still not convinced of the usefulness them and they do not have the appropriate training-information about the innovations. | el |
