dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία προβαίνει σε μια λεπτομερή συγκριτική ανάλυση μεταξύ του International Safety Management (ISM) Code και του Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA), με έμφαση στον τρόπο με τον οποίο το TMSA επιπλέον συμβάλλει στην ασφάλεια, την ποιότητα και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση στο ναυτιλιακό περιβάλλον. Μέσα από μια αναλυτική παρουσίαση των δομών και των αρχών των δύο προτύπων, καθώς και με τη χρήση πρακτικών παραδειγμάτων από μια ναυτιλιακή εταιρεία, εξετάζουμε την αποτελεσματικότητα και τις διαφοροποιήσεις του TMSA σε σχέση με το ISM Code. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ανάλυσης, παρουσιάζουμε τον τρόπο με τον οποίο το TMSA επιδρά στη ναυτιλιακή βιομηχανία, προωθώντας την αυτοαξιολόγηση, την ενσωμάτωση βέλτιστων πρακτικών και την εξέλιξη της ποιότητας των λειτουργιών. Τα παραδείγματα που προσφέρονται από τη ναυτιλιακή εταιρεία αποκαλύπτουν πώς το TMSA μετατρέπει τις θεωρητικές αρχές σε πρακτικές εφαρμογές, δημιουργώντας μια περιβάλλουσα προσέγγιση προς τη βελτίωση. Συνολικά, η εργασία αυτή παρουσιάζει τον σημαντικό ρόλο του TMSA στο περιβάλλον της ναυτιλίας, αναδεικνύοντας τις προστιθέμενες αξίες που προσφέρει στη βελτίωση της ασφάλειας, της ποιότητας και της αποτελεσματικότητας των ναυτιλιακών επιχειρήσεων.el

The real-world examples from the maritime company illustrate how TMSA translates theoretical principles into practical applications, cultivating a culture of self-improvement.
