| dc.description.abstract | Οι δημόσιες συμβάσεις αποτελούν την επίσημη συμφωνία ανάμεσα σε δύο φορείς όπου συνήθως ο ένας είναι οικονομικός και ο άλλος η αναθέτουσα αρχής έχοντας ως στόχο την πραγματοποίηση και περάτωση διαφόρων έργων κυρίως κατασκευαστικών, την προμήθεια αγαθών ή την παροχή υπηρεσιών. Όλες οι δημόσιες συμβάσεις οφείλουν να ακολουθούν τις αρχές που έχουν τεθεί από το κοινοτικό δίκαιο και εν γένει σύμφωνα με τους νόμους που έχουν θεσπιστεί σε κάθε χώρα ξεχωριστά. Λαμβάνοντας τα παραπάνω υπόψη, σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση του νομοθετικού πλαισίου που έχει τεθεί για τις δημόσιες συμβάσεις. Προκειμένου να γίνουν αυτά κατανοητά, η θεωρία θα εφαρμοστεί στα πλαίσια της πράξης με την παρουσίαση του τρόπου που διενεργούνται οι συμβάσεις στο Δήμο Λοκρών. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | Public procurement is the formal agreement between two bodies where usually one is financial and the other the contracting authority with the aim of carrying out and completing various projects, mainly construction, the supply of goods or the provision of services. All public procurement must follow the principles set out in Community law and generally in accordance with the laws laid down in each country. Taking into account the above, the purpose of this paper is to present the legal framework that has been set for public procurement. In order to understand these, the theory will be applied in the context of the practice by presenting the way in which contracts are conducted in the Municipality of Lokron. | el |
