dc.description.abstractΗ Δια Βίου Μάθηση (ΔΒΜ) αποτελεί μια συνεχή διαδικασία απόκτησης γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της ζωής με στόχο την προσωπική, επαγγελματική και κοινωνική ανάπτυξη. Παράλληλα, το πρόγραμμα της UNESCO «Πόλεις που Μαθαίνουν» προωθεί την ιδέα ότι οι πόλεις μπορούν να γίνουν κέντρα μάθησης, προσφέροντας ευκαιρίες εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης σε όλους τους πολίτες. Σκοπός είναι η διαμόρφωση ενεργών πολιτών για μια πόλη χωρίς αποκλεισμούς στη ΔΒΜ, ασφαλή, ανθεκτική που έχει ως όραμα την κοινωνική συνοχή, την οικονομική και πολιτιστική ευημερία και μια βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη. Η παρούσα εργασία μελετά την περίπτωση της Κορίνθου ως Πόλης που Μαθαίνει και εξετάζει τη διάδοση της ΔΒΜ στο πλαίσιο ενός δικτύου τοπικών φορέων οι οποίοι εμπλέκονται σε δράσεις ΔΒΜ. Ειδικότερα, διερευνώνται οι απόψεις και οι πρακτικές που ακολουθούνται από τους φορείς παροχής κατάρτισης που εμπλέκονται σε δράσεις που υλοποιούνται στο πλαίσιο της ΔΒΜ και στο πώς αυτές οι δράσεις συμβάλλουν στην ενίσχυση της ΔΒΜ. Το θέμα της εργασίας προσεγγίστηκε από τη σκοπιά της ποιοτικής έρευνας, η οποία έχει στοιχεία μελέτης περίπτωσης. Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν επτά (7) εκπρόσωποι φορέων παροχής κατάρτισης που εμπλέκονται σε δράσεις στο πλαίσιο της ΔΒΜ στην πόλη της Κορίνθου. Η επιλογή του δείγματος έγινε με τη μέθοδο της δειγματοληψίας χιονοστιβάδας. Για τη συλλογή των δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκε το εργαλείο των ημιδομημένων συνεντεύξεων. Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων υλοποιήθηκε με τη μέθοδο της θεματικής ανάλυσης. Για την καλύτερη κατανόηση των δεδομένων και στο πλαίσιο των στοιχείων της μελέτης περίπτωσης συλλέχθηκαν και βασικά στοιχεία του προφίλ του κάθε φορέα. Από την ανάλυση των ερευνητικών δεδομένων προκύπτει ότι οι δράσεις που πραγματοποιούνται ενδιαφέρουν τους πολίτες της Κορίνθου και συμβάλλουν στην ενίσχυση της ΔΒΜ, ενώ ταυτόχρονα τους ενθαρρύνουν να αλλάξουν συνήθειες και να βελτιώσουν τις συνθήκες της ζωής τους. Επίσης, καταδεικνύεται η ύπαρξη θετικών συνεργασιών με φορείς παροχής ΔΒΜ σε τοπικό, σε εθνικό ακόμη και σε διεθνές επίπεδο και τονίζονται τα οφέλη που αποκομίζει η πόλη της Κορίνθου στο σύνολό της από τις δράσεις. Επιπλέον, διαπιστώνονται οι δυσκολίες και τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν οι φορείς εστιάζοντας στον οικονομικό παράγοντα και στη συνεργασία μεταξύ Δήμου και φορέων, και εκφράζεται η πεποίθηση ότι η βελτίωση της ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών των φορέων μπορεί να γίνει κυρίως μέσω της μεγαλύτερης χρηματοδότησης. Εν κατακλείδι, καταδεικνύεται ένα πλήθος καλών πρακτικών, συνεργασιών και εμπειριών από την πολύχρονη και πολυσχιδή δράση των φορέων της πόλης της Κορίνθου, οι οποίες συμβάλλουν στην ανάδειξη και την ενδυνάμωση της πολυδιάστατης αξίας της ΔΒΜ. Παρά τα εμπόδια και τις δυσκολίες, η προσπάθεια ενίσχυσης της ΔΒΜ έχει πολλαπλά οφέλη για τους κατοίκους της πόλης με το ρόλο των τοπικών αρχών και των φορέων να είναι κομβικός.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedLifelong Learning is a continuous process of acquiring knowledge and skills throughout life, with the aim of personal, professional and social development. At the same time, the UNESCO “Learning Cities” program promotes the idea that cities can become centers of learning, offering education and training opportunities to all citizens. The aim is to shape the attitudes of active citizens for an inclusive city in Lifelong Learning, safe, resilient that has as its vision social cohesion, economic and cultural well-being and a sustainable development. This paper studies the case of Corinth as a Learning City and examines the dissemination of Lifelong Learning in the context of a network of local institutes involved in Lifelong Learning actions. In particular, it explores the views and practices followed by training providers involved in actions implemented in the context of Lifelong Learning and how these actions contribute to the strengthening of Lifelong Learning. The topic of the work was approached from the perspective of qualitative research that has elements of case study. The sample consisted of seven (7) representatives of training providers involved in actions within the framework of Lifelong Learning in the city of Corinth. Sample selection was made by the snowball sampling method. The tool of semi structured interviews was used to collect the data. The data analysis was implemented using thematic analysis. For the better understanding of the data and in the context of the case study elements, basic elements of the profile of each institution were also collected. The analysis of the research data shows that the actions that are carried out interest the citizens of Corinth and contribute to the enhancement of lifelong learning, while at the same time encourage them to change habits and improve their living conditions. Also, is demonstrated the existence of positive collaborations with local, national and even international institutions of Lifelong Learning and the benefits that the city of Corinth as a whole derives from the actions, are highlighted. Finally, the difficulties and problems faced by the institutions are identified by focusing on the financial factor and the cooperation between the Municipality and the institution, and is expressed the belief that the improvement of the quality of the services provided by the agencies can be done mainly through greater funding. In conclusion, findings demonstrate a multitude of good practices, collaborations and experiences from the long-term and multifaceted action of the institutes of the city of Corinth, which contribute to highlighting and strengthening the multidimensional value of Lifelong Learning. Despite the obstacles and difficulties, the effort to strengthen the Lifelong Learning has multiple benefits for the residents of the city, with the role of local authorities and agencies being nodal.el
