| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως θέμα τη «Χρηματοδότηση Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής στους ΟΤΑ. Προβλήματα και Προοπτικές. Εξετάζονται, η έννοια της κοινωνικής πολιτικής και οι φορείς της, ενώ παράλληλα εντοπίζονται και ορισμένες ελλείψεις της, όπως και οι διαφορές μεταξύ της κοινωνικής πολιτικής Ελλάδας Ευρώπης. Επιπλέον, παρουσιάζεται συνοπτικά το Ευρωπαϊκό πλαίσιο της κοινωνικής πολιτικής καθώς και τα χρηματοδοτικά προγράμματα της Ε.Ε. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εστιάζει στην ανάλυση του φαινομένου της φτώχειας στο Δήμο της Πάτρας που σκοπός είναι να αναδειχθεί η σημασία των Δομών Άμεσης Αντιμετώπισης του συγκεκριμένου προβλήματος. Επίσης αναφέρονται οι Δομές Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής της Πάτρας, η οικονομική στρατηγική του Δήμου Πατρέων εστιάζοντας στην εφαρμογή Βιώσιμης Αστικής Ανάπτυξης (Β.Α.Α.) καθώς και στον αναπτυξιακό στόχο για την άμεση αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The title of the present dissertation is "Financing Social Policy in Local Authorities. Problems and Prospects”. More specifically, the concept of social policy and its public operators are being examined. Simultaneously, some major deficiencies as well as the differences between the social policy of Greece and Europe will be discussed. In addition, the European social policy frameworks as well as EU funding programs are briefly presented. Furthermore, the current thesis concentrates on the analysis of the phenomenon of poverty in the Municipality of Patras aiming at highlighting the importance of the Structures of Immediate Response for this problem. The social policy structures of Patras and the economic strategy of the Municipality of Patras are also presented, focusing on the implementation of Sustainable Urban Development as well as the development of objectives to immediately deal with the aforementioned problems. | el |
