| dc.description.abstract | Ο θεσμός της δημοτικής αστυνομίας είναι σπουδαίας σημασίας για την τοπική αυτοδιοίκηση καθώς συμβάλει στη βελτίωση της καθημερινότητας των πολιτών, στην γενική ασφάλεια τους και γενικότερα στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία της πόλης. Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως σκοπό να αναδείξει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οργανώνεται η τοπική αυτοδιοίκηση πρώτου βαθμού και ειδικότερα μέσα από τη λεπτομερή ανάλυση του παραδείγματος του θεσμού της δημοτικής αστυνομίας Καλαμάτας, να παρουσιάσει και να αναλύσει το στρατηγικό και επιχειρησιακό της σχέδιο, το οποίο εφαρμόζεται σε μια συγκεκριμένη χρονική περίοδο. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό πραγματοποιείται μια θεωρητική ανάλυση των παραπάνω εννοιών, ενώ στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί το ερευνητικό μέρος. Σε αυτό και με τη χρήση των ερευνητικών εργαλείων που επελέγησαν, γίνεται η διερεύνηση και η αξιολόγηση του βαθμού ικανοποίησης που εκφράζουν οι εργαζόμενοι στην υπηρεσία της δημοτικής αστυνομίας, από τις παρεχόμενες προς αυτούς συνθήκες εργασίας και ο αντίστοιχος βαθμός ικανοποίησης των πολιτών από τις υπηρεσίες που λαμβάνουν από αυτή. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The institution of the municipal police is of great importance for the local government as it contributes to the improvement of the daily life of the citizens, to their general safety and in general to the orderly functioning of the city. The purpose of this scientific work is to highlight the way in which the local self-government of the first degree is organized and in particular through the detailed analysis of the example of the institution of the municipal police of Kalamata, to present and analyze its strategic and operational plan, which is implemented in a specific period of time. In this context, a theoretical analysis of the above concepts is carried out, while then follows the research part, in which with the use of the selected research tools, is investigated and evaluated the degree of satisfaction expressed by the employees of the municipal police service with the working conditions provided to them, the corresponding degree of satisfaction of the citizens with the services they receive from this institution and finally the degree of satisfaction of the other departments for the cooperation with the municipal police within the municipality. In the field of theoretical study, bibliographic and internet sources were used to present in detail the basic concepts related to subject of study. On the other hand, for the research part both quantitative and qualitative research were used with questionnaires and personal interviews respecting the ethics and ethical principles of the scientific research. From the scientific research carried out, interesting conclusions emerged about the operation of the municipal police, the opinion of the citizens as well as the opinion of the other departments about it. There is a good degree of satisfaction of all the research participants in relation to the above examination items, but on the other hand, the problems and shortcomings are also highlighted with the aim of improving them. | el |
