| dc.description.abstract | Σε ένα πλαίσιο έλλειψης δημόσιων πόρων, συνέπεια της σημαντικής αύξησης των ελλειμμάτων και του χρέους, η αξιολόγηση της ουσίας της δράσης του δημοσίου εξαρτάται από τα αποτελέσματά του. Η λογική της δημόσιας και ιδιωτικής αξιολόγησης συνδυάζεται, ανοίγοντας το δρόμο για τη δυναμική που οφείλεται στις συμπράξεις δημόσιου-ιδιωτικού τομέα (ΣΔΙΤ). Οι ΣΔΙΤ έχουν γνωρίσει σημαντική επέκταση στις ανεπτυγμένες χώρες, αλλά και στις υπό ανάπτυξη χώρες. The logic of public and private evaluation is combined, paving the way for the dynamics due to public-private partnerships (PPPs). PPPs have expanded significantly in developed countries, but also in developing countries. This success is due both to the reduction in public investment following fiscal constraints and to a renewed approach to public administration, seeking to take advantage of private sector financing and innovation opportunities. | el |
