| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως στόχο την παρουσίαση του ρόλου των οργανισμών τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης στην άσκηση κοινωνικής πολιτικής μέσα από το παράδειγμα πρακτικής εφαρμογής του Δήμου Αρταίων. Δομείται συνολικά σε έξι κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε και στα επόμενα δύο παρουσιάζεται η ιστορική εξέλιξη της κοινωνικής πολιτικής και του κράτους πρόνοιας με ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στην Ελλάδα και ειδικότερα σε τοπικό επίπεδο. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται εκτενή αναφορά στις κοινωνικές δομές και τα προγράμματα του Δήμου Αρταίων και των νομικών του προσώπων στον τομέα της κοινωνικής προστασίας και αλληλεγγύης, με έμφαση στην βιωσιμότητα και στην δυνατότητα ανάπτυξης πρωτοβουλιών σε σχέση με τους ανθρώπινους και οικονομικούς πόρους. Στα δύο τελευταία κεφάλαια ακολουθούν τα συμπεράσματα και οι προτάσεις βελτίωσης των παρεχόμενων κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This postgraduate dissertation aims at presenting the role of local authorities in the exercise of social policy through the example of the practical application of the Municipality of Arta. It is structured in six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the methodology followed and in the next two it presents the historical evolution of social policy and the welfare state with particular reference to Greece and especially to the local level. In the fourth chapter there is an extensive reference to the social structures and programs of the Municipality of Arta and its legal entities in the field of social protection and solidarity, with emphasis on sustainability and the possibility of developing initiatives in relation to human and financial resources. The last two chapters follow the conclusions and proposals for improving the social services provided. | el |
