| dc.description.abstract | Η εκπόνηση της παρούσας εργασίας έχει ως σκοπό να παρουσιάσει και αναλύσει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο προβάλλονται οι αρχές του Κοινού Πλαισίου Αξιολόγησης (ΚΠΑ) βρίσκουν ή δεν βρίσκουν εφαρμογή στα Ποδοσφαιρικά Σωματεία της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Αργολίδας. Να μελετήσει και να διερευνήσει, με τεκμηριωμένη επιστημονικά μέθοδο, το βαθμό και τα επίπεδα ενσωμάτωσης των προϋποθέσεων για την επίτευξη ποιοτικής διοίκησης των Ποδοσφαιρικών Σωματείων αλλά και να προτείνει τρόπους σημαντικής βελτίωσης της υπάρχουσας κατάστασης. Ως εργαλείο διοίκησης το ΚΠΑ στηρίζεται στην διοικητική αριστεία όπως αυτή διατυπώνεται, αναλύεται και καθορίζεται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Μοντέλο Ευρωπαϊκής Αριστείας (EFQM). Στο θεωρητικό πλαίσιο της εργασίας παρουσιάζονται τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά των Ποδοσφαιρικών Σωματείων και στοιχεία του θεσμικού και οικονομικού πλαισίου λειτουργίας τους. Εξίσου, αναλύεται η Διοίκηση Ολικής Ποιότητας (ΔΟΠ), η θεωρία του Deming και το ΚΠΑ καθώς και η συμβολή τους στη λειτουργία ενός οργανισμού. Κατά την ερμηνεία των αποτελεσμάτων διαφαίνεται πως στα ποδοσφαιρικά σωματεία του Ν. Αργολίδας, γίνεται προσπάθεια να ακολουθηθούν και να ενσωματωθούν τα πρότυπα της ΔΟΠ σε ικανοποιητικό βαθμό. Το ερευνητικό ερώτημα είναι αν και κατά πόσο εφαρμόζονται οι κανόνες και οι τεχνικές της ολικής ποιότητας σε διοικητικά όργανα του ποδοσφαίρου. Επιπρόσθετα η ενσωμάτωση της ΔΟΠ σε οργανώσεις τέτοιου είδους αποτελεί απαραίτητος και αναγκαίος παράγοντας για την επίτευξη των στόχων τους, τόσο διοικητικά όσο και λειτουργικά. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The elaboration of this paper aims to explain how the principles of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) are applied or not to the Football Clubs of the Regional Unit of Argolida, to research and study, in a scientifically way of documentation, the levels of integration of the conditions for a quality management of the Football Clubs and finally to propose methods of improving the existing situation. The CAF is a governance tool that depends on administrative excellence as formulated by the European Model of European Excellence. Initially, the theoretical background presents the definition of the Football Club, the regulation of their establishment and data on the financial and institutional framework of their operation. Moreover, there is a reference about Total Quality Management (TQM), in which its basic elements and the theory of Deming and the importance for the organization are analyzed. Finally, there is an analysis for FMC, its purpose, the benefits, the structure, and its application. When analysing the results, it appears that in the football clubs of the Prefecture of Argolida, an effort is made to follow and integrate the standards of T.Q.M. to a satisfactory degree. The research question is whether and to what extent the rules and techniques of total quality are applied to football governing bodies. In addition, the integration of T.Q.M in such organizations is an essential and necessary condition for the achievement of their goals, both administratively and operationally. | el |
