| dc.description.abstract | Η δημιουργία της επιχείρησης παροχής αθλητικών υπηρεσιών για άτομα με αναπηρία (ΑμεΑ), ειδικά για άτομα με διαταραχές όρασης «ΑμεΑ Training Center», προέκυψε από το κενό που για αρκετά χρόνια έχει αφήσει το κράτος, καθώς η ειδική αγωγή στη χώρα μας διανύει ένα μεταβατικό στάδιο όπου γίνονται προσπάθειες να συνδεθούν η θεωρία με την ουσιαστική εφαρμογή της ένταξης στην πράξη, αλλά και από το κενό στις πρωτοβουλίες του ιδιωτικού τομέα που συνήθως έχουν ιδρυματικό χαρακτήρα. Έχει διαπιστωθεί ότι τα πιο πολλά άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες αθλούνται τυχαία, μιας και δεν υπάρχουν καλά οργανωμένες δομές. Η έλλειψη υλικοτεχνικών υποδομών, η απουσία ειδικού εκπαιδευτικού προσωπικού, η ανεπάρκεια επιμόρφωσης, κατάρτισης ή ενημέρωσης τους, η συγκέντρωση μεγάλου αριθμού ατόμων με αναπηρία (ΑμεΑ) με διαφορετικές ανάγκες σε ένα τμήμα, αποτελούν τις κύριες αιτίες του προβλήματος. Βασική ιδέα του επιχειρησιακού σχεδίου είναι ότι τα άτομα με αναπηρίες δεν πρέπει να είναι αποκομμένα από την άσκηση, τις φυσικές δραστηριότητες την αναψυχή και τη ψυχαγωγία, διότι έτσι βελτιώνεται η ποιότητα ζωής τους. Ενισχύεται η αυτοεικόνα και η διάθεση τους, αναπτύσσεται η αυτοπεποίθηση και ο αυτοσεβασμός τους, μειώνονται οι κοινωνικές ανισότητες και παρέχονται ίσες ευκαιρίες ώστε να ενταχθούν ομαλά στo κοινωνικό σύνολο. Για τη μεθοδολογία έρευνας του επιχειρησιακού σχεδίου που ακολουθεί έχει γίνει μια εκτενής ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας που αφορά το συγκεκριμένο θέμα. Ακόμα, συμπεριλαμβάνονται όλα εκείνα τα στάδια που απαιτούνται για την πορεία μιας επιχείρησης για άτομα με αναπηρία (ΑμεΑ), από την έναρξη της λειτουργίας της έως και τα επόμενα χρόνια, με τη δημιουργία ενός μακροπρόθεσμου προϋπολογισμού. Διατυπώνονται το όραμα, η αποστολή, οι στόχοι, οι πολιτικές και οι αξίες της, ενώ επισημαίνονται τα πλεονεκτήματα και οι αδυναμίες, οι ευκαιρίες και οι απειλές που παρουσιάζονται. Μελετάται το εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό περιβάλλον της επιχείρησης, προσδιορίζονται οι βραχυπρόθεσμοι και μακροπρόθεσμοι στόχοι και αναλύεται η μεθοδολογία που απαιτείται για να πραγματοποιηθούν. Στη συνέχεια αναφέρονται οι επιλογές της στρατηγικής, το μίγμα μάρκετινγκ, η στρατηγική για το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό και τέλος αναγράφεται ο χρηματοοικονομικός σχεδιασμός. Ως συμπέρασμα όλων αυτών φαίνεται ότι ο στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός οδηγεί σε ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα για την επιχείρηση «ΑμεΑ Training Center» ενισχύοντας τη μακροβιότητα της. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο γίνεται σαφές ποιες είναι οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες της επιχείρησης, αλλά και οι προσωπικές εκτιμήσεις του επιχειρηματία που απαραίτητα πρέπει να διέπονται από σύνεση και λογική. Το επιχειρησιακό σχέδιο αυτό μπορεί να αποτελέσει χρήσιμο εργαλείο για την υλοποίηση αντίστοιχων επαγγελματικών σχεδίων. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The creation of a business providing sports services to people with special needs, especially to people with visual disturbances « ΑμεΑ Training Center» emerged from the void that the state has left for many years, as well as special education in our country is going through a transitional stage where there are efforts to connect theory with the effective implementation of integration in practice, but also from the void in private sector initiatives that usually have institutional character. It has been found that most people with special needs do sports randomly, since there are no well-organized structures. The main causes of the problem are the deficiency of material and technical infrastructures, that lack of special training personnel, the inadequate education, training or briefing, the assemblage of great number of people with special needs with different needs in a sector. The basic idea of the business plan is that people with disabilities should not be isolated from exercise, physical activities, leisure and entertainment, because these will improve their quality of life. This business plan will enhance their self-image and their mood, will develop their self-confidence and their self-esteem, will reduce the social inequalities and provide equal opportunities in order to integrate smoothly into society. For the research methodology of the business plan that follows, there is an intensive review of the literature that concerns this topic. Also it is included all the stages that are required for the course of a business for people with special needs, from the inception until the coming years, with the creation of a long-term budget. It formulates the vision, the mission, the objectives, the policies and values that the business has, while it is highlighted the advantages and the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats that are presented. The internal and external environment of the business is read up, the short-term and long-term objectives are identified and the methodology that is required is analyzed, in order to accomplish the objectives. Then, the choices of the strategy, the mixture of marketing, the strategy for human resources are mentioned, while the financial planning is indicated. As a conclusion of this, it seems that the strategic planning leads to competitive advantage for the business « ΑμεΑ Training Center» reinforcing its longevity. In this way it becomes clear which are the offered services of the business, but also the personal assessments of the businessman that necessarily have to be governed by prudence and logic.
