dc.description.abstractΣκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής και της έρευνάς μας είναι να μελετηθεί η φαρμακευτική πολιτική́ στην Ελλάδα στα χρονιά της κρίσης, καθώς και ο αντίκτυπος της οικονομικής κρίσης στο σύστημα υγείας στην Ελλάδα. Επίσης, στοχεύουμε στην καταγραφή της φαρμακευτικής πολιτικής στην Ελλάδα τη δεκαετία 2008-2018 και των αντιλήψεων για τα γενόσημα φάρμακα στην Ελλάδα. Ακόμα, στοχεύουμε στην καταγραφή της φαρμακευτικής πολιτικής των χωρών της ΕΕ μετά την παγκόσμια οικονομική κρίση και στην επισκόπηση της φαρμακευτικής δαπάνης στην Ε.Ε. για τον εντοπισμό πιθανών μεταρρυθμίσεων στον φαρμακευτικό κλάδο. Ακόμα, μελετάται η συνταγογράφηση φαρμάκων και η διαδικασία λήψης αποφάσεων, καθώς και το σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής συνταγογράφησης στην Ελλάδα. Επίσης, καταγράφονται δύο πρακτικές: α) το ανώτατο όριο για τις δημόσιες φαρμακευτικές δαπάνες (2011), και β) το clawback για τις ιδιωτικές κλινικές (2013), τις οποίες ακολουθεί μια αξιολόγηση των διαρθρωτικών μεταρρυθμίσεων στον τομέα του φαρμάκου. Στο δεύτερο μέρος πραγματοποιείται εκτενής έρευνα από στοιχεία της Εθνικής Στατιστικής Υπηρεσίας για τη φαρμακευτική δαπάνη στη χώρα μας.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe purpose of this dissertation and our research is to study the pharmaceutical policy in Greece during the crisis, as well as the impact of the economic crisis on the health system in Greece. We also aim to record the pharmaceutical policy in Greece in the decade 2008-2018 and the perceptions of generic drugs in Greece. We also aim to record the pharmaceutical policy of EU countries after the global financial crisis and to review the pharmaceutical expenditure in the EU. to identify possible reforms in the pharmaceutical industry. Also, the prescription of drugs and the decision-making process are being studied, as well as the electronic prescription system in Greece. Also, two practices are recorded: a) the ceiling for public pharmaceutical expenditure (2011), and b) the clawback for private clinics (2013), followed by an assessment of structural reforms in the pharmaceutical sector. In the second part, extensive research is carried out by data of the National Statistical Service for the pharmaceutical expenditure in our country.el
