dc.description.abstractΣκοπός της εργασίας είναι να αναλύσει το σύστημα της υγείας της χώρας μας καθώς και το πως ο COVID-19 έχει επηρεάσει τη ζωή μας αναφορικά με το σύστημα υγείας. Αρχικά οι αναλύσεις της εργασίας εστιάζονται αποκλειστικά στην υγεία, αποδίδονται οι απαιτούμενοι ορισμοί και περιγράφεται η έννοια του συστήματος υγείας. Επιπλέον μέσα από τη παρουσίαση των συστημάτων υγείας τριών μεγάλων χωρών, τα οποία αποτελούν και πρότυπα συστήματα θα μπορέσουμε να αναλύσουμε εκτενώς το ελληνικό σύστημα υγείας. Στη συνέχεια βλέπουμε την εισχώρηση του ιδιωτικού τομέα υγείας και την σύμπραξη μαζί με το δημόσιο. Γίνεται αναφορά στον θεσμό της κοινωνικής ασφάλισης και στον τρόπο λειτουργίας στην Ελλάδα αλλά και τις επιπτώσεις που έχει φέρει η οικονομική κρίση. Τέλος η έρευνα εστιάζει στον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης της πανδημίας από την ελληνική πολιτεία αλλά και στην αντίδραση που υπήρξε από τους επιχειρηματίες σχετικά με τις αποφάσεις που πάρθηκαν. Θα δοθεί ιδιαίτερη βάση στους τομείς της οικονομίας που επλήγησαν περισσότερο από τη πανδημία του COVID-19. Μέσα από την εργασία αυτή θα προσπαθήσουμε να εντοπίσουμε τα υπέρ και τα κατά του δημοσίου και του ιδιωτικού τομέα παροχής υπηρεσιών και τις αιτίες ανάπτυξης του ιδιωτικού τομέα. Ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον θα έχει να αναλύσουμε τόσο τα πλεονεκτήματα όσο και τα μειονεκτήματα που μπορεί να προκύψουν από τη σύμπραξη των δύο συστημάτων υγείας. Περαιτέρω η μελέτη της εργασίας εστιάζεται στο ζήτημα της ασφάλισης και στον COVID-19, όπως για παράδειγμα τι παροχές έχει ένας ασφαλισμένος και ένας ανασφάλιστος στο σύστημα υγείας? Πως η οικονομική κρίση επηρέασε τις δαπάνες της υγείας? Πως ανταπεξήλθε η χώρας συγκριτικά με άλλες χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στη πανδημία αυτή? Τα μέτρα που ακολουθήσαμε είχαν τελικά το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα? Τι επιπτώσεις είχαν στην οικονομία τα μέτρα αυτά? Συγκεντρώνοντας τα απαραίτητα δεδομένα θα οδηγηθούμε και στις απαντήσεις των ερωτημάτων και θα αξιολογήσουμε και τα αποτελέσματα που θα προκύψουν με όφελος ένα ευνοϊκό σύστημα υγείας για όλους και την οικονομική ανάκαμψη της χώρας μας.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe purpose of this paper is to analyze the health care system of our country and how COVID-19 has affected our lives in terms of the health care system. Initially, the analyses of the paper focus exclusively on health, assigning the required definitions and describing the concept of the health system. Furthermore, through the presentation of the health systems of three major countries, which are also model systems, we will be able to analyze the Greek health system in detail. Then we see the entry of the private health sector and its partnership with the public sector. Reference is made to the institution of social security and how it operates in Greece and the effects that the economic crisis has brought. Finally, the research focuses on the way the Greek state dealt with the pandemic and the reaction of the business community to the decisions taken. Particular attention will be given to the sectors of the economy that were most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this paper we will try to identify the pros and cons of the public and private sector of service provision and the reasons for the development of the private sector. Of particular interest will be to analyze both the advantages and disadvantages that may arise from the partnership of the two health care systems. Further the study of the paper focuses on the issue of insurance and COVID-19, such as what benefits does an insured and an uninsured person have in the health care system? How has the financial crisis affected health care expenditure? How did the country cope with this pandemic compared to other EU countries? Did the measures we took finally have the desired effect? What impact did these measures have on the economy? By gathering the necessary data, we will be led to the answers to these questions and we will also evaluate the results that will be obtained with the benefit of a favorable health system for all and the economic recovery of our country.el
