| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή εργασία με τίτλο «Επίδραση του μικροβιώματος της μητέρας κατά τη διάρκεια της κύησης και του θηλασμού στην εμφάνιση διαταραχών αυτιστικού φάσματος» πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πελοποννήσου, στο πλαίσιο του Διατμηματικού Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών «Φροντίδα και υποστήριξη παίδων και εφήβων με ειδικές ανάγκες υγείας στην κοινότητα», των Τμημάτων Νοσηλευτικής και Λογοθεραπείας της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας. Η ανάπτυξη των νευροαναπτυξιακών διαταραχών και ειδικότερα των διαταραχών αυτιστικού φάσματος αποτελεί ένα σύνθετο και πολυπαραγοντικό φαινόμενο. Οι επιπτώσεις αυτών των διαταραχών είναι σημαντικές, τόσο για τα ίδια τα παιδιά όσο και για τις οικογένειές τους, αλλά και για την κοινωνία. Η ανάγκη για πρόληψη και παρέμβαση είναι καθοριστική και προϋποθέτει κατανόηση των βιολογικών και περιβαλλοντικών παραγόντων που μπορεί να συμβάλλουν στην εμφάνιση αυτών των καταστάσεων. Παρουσιάζονται το θέμα, η σημασία του, καθώς και οι στόχοι της εργασίας. Ακολουθούν βασικές έννοιες αναγκαίες για την κατανόηση του θεωρητικού πλαισίου. Έπειτα, παρατίθεται η ανασκόπηση και ανάλυση της σχετικής βιβλιογραφίας, χωρισμένη σε θεματικές ενότητες, και εντοπίζονται τα κύρια ευρήματα. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με τα γενικά συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από τη μελέτη. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The present postgraduate thesis entitled “Effect of the maternal microbiome during pregnancy and breastfeeding on the occurrence of autism spectrum disorders” was carried out at the University of Peloponnese, within the framework of the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program “Care and support of children and adolescents with special health needs in the community”, of the Departments of Nursing and Speech Therapy of the School of Health Sciences. The development of neurodevelopmental disorders and in particular autism spectrum disorders is a complex and multifactorial phenomenon. The consequences of these disorders are significant, both for the children themselves and for their families, but also for society. The need for prevention and intervention is crucial and requires an understanding of the biological and environmental factors that may contribute to the occurrence of these conditions. The topic, its importance, and the objectives of the thesis are presented. The following are basic definitions that are necessary for understanding the content. Then, the review and analysis of the relevant literature is presented, divided into thematic sections, and the main findings are identified.
