| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, αναλύεται η Παράνομη Μετανάστευση στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, τα αποτελέσματα αυτής και η πραγματικότητα που έχει δημιουργήσει, καθώς και η αντιμετώπιση που χρήζει συνεχώς επικαιροποίησης από μέρους της Ε.Ε. . Στην παρούσα, περιγράφονται,τόσο οι τρόποι , μέσω των οποίων καταφθάνουν στον Ευρωπαϊκό χώρο υπήκοοι τρίτων χωρών, το πλήθος των ανθρώπων- με βάσει στατιστικά στοιχεία- που εισέρχονται μέσω των χερσαίων και θαλάσσιων συνόρων της Ε.Ε. την τελευταία δεκαπενταετία. Ακόμη, αναφέρονται ενδελεχώς και οι Συνθήκες και Οδηγίες που έχουν υπογραφεί/εκδοθεί στα πλαίσια της Ενωσιακής λειτουργίας και της αντιμετώπισης των μεταναστευτικών κυμάτων. Ακόμη περιγράφονται και οι οικονομικές συνέπειες που επιφέρει η παράνομη μετανάστευση στους κόλπους της Ένωσης αλλά και η αρωγη της τελευταίας στα κράτη-μέλη, που έρχονται αντιμέτωπα με την πρόκληση της μετανάστευσης. Επίσης , επισημαίνεται και ο ρόλος της γειτονικής Τουρκίας, στην λαθραία εισχώρηση στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, υπηκόων τρίτων χωρών. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | In this diplomatic work, Illegal Immigration in the European Union is analyzed, Also it deepens to illegal immigration’s results and the reality it has created, as well as the ways of treatment that need constant updating by the E.U. . In this document, are described the ways through which third-country nationals arrive in the European area, the number of people - based on statistics - who have entered through the or sea borders of the E.U. the last fifteen years. Furthermore, the Treaties and Directives that have been signed/issued in the context of the Union's operation and the treatment of migratory waves are also thoroughly mentioned. There are also described , the economic consequences brought about by illegal immigration within the Union, as well as the latter's assistance to the member states, which are facing with the challenge of immigration.
