dc.description.abstractΣκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η μελέτη της ζήτησης και προσφοράς των Μονάδων Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας. Υπολογίστηκαν τα Κέντρα Υγείας για το έτος 2019 με σκοπό την αξιολόγησή τους και την διατύπωση νέων προτάσεων για την βελτίωση του συστήματος Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας με γνώμονα την ζήτηση και προσφορά υπηρεσιών υγείας. Υλικό και μέθοδος: Για τους σκοπούς της εμπειρικής έρευνας αξιολογήθηκαν 265 Κέντρα Υγείας, με δεδομένα που αντλήθηκαν από τη βάση δεδομένων υγείας Business Intelligence system ή Bi system του Υπουργείου Υγείας, τα οποία είναι αναρτημένα στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα του (Υπουργείο Υγείας, Σύστημα Επιχειρηματικής Ευφυΐας (Βi-Health), 2021) και την Ελληνική Στατιστική Υπηρεσία για την περίοδο 2017-2019. Επίσης αναλύθηκαν δείκτες αποδοτικότητας για την τριετία 2017-2019 με βάση τα δεδομένα. dc.description.abstracttranslatedPurpose: The purpose of this dissertation is to assess the demand and supply of Primary Health Care Units. The Health Centers were calculated for the year 2019 in order to evaluate them and formulate new proposals for the improvement of the Primary Health Care system based on the demand and supply of health services. Material and method: For the purpose of empirical research, 265 Health Centers were evaluated, with data extracted from the health database Business Intelligence system or Bi system of the Ministry of Health, which are posted on its official website (Ministry of Health, Business Intelligence System)(Bi-Health), 2021) and the Hellenic Statistical Service for the period 2017-2019. Efficiency indicators for the three years 2017-2019 were also analyzed based on the data.
