dc.description.abstractΣτην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία μελετάται το αγωνιστικό άγχος, η αγωνιστική αυτοπεποίθηση και η επιθυμητότητα των διαιτητών ποδοσφαίρου. Συγκεκριμένα πραγματοποιήθηκε ποσοτική έρευνα στην οποία συμμετείχαν 72 διαιτητές ποδοσφαίρου και μελετήθηκε ο τρόπος που εκδηλώνουν τα παραπάνω στοιχεία , αλλά και αν σχετίζονται τα χρόνια επαγγελματικής τους εμπειρίας με το αγωνιστικό άγχος και την αγωνιστική αυτοπεποίθηση τους. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι το άγχος στους διαιτητές εκδηλώνεται με διάφορους τρόπους (ανασφάλεια, υπερένταση, κλπ.), όπως επίσης η αυτοπεποίθηση (θετική εικόνα για την εκτέλεση των καθηκόντων τους, κλπ.) και η επιθυμητότητα (σέβονται τον συνομιλητή, είναι καλοί ακροατές, κλπ.). Επίσης τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν πως τα χρόνια εμπειρίας των διαιτητών σχετίζονται με το πόσο ικανοποιημένοι είναι με το επάγγελμα τους, τη θετική εικόνα που έχουν οι άλλοι για αυτούς, αλλά και την εικόνα που έχουν οι ίδιοι για τις ικανότητες τους ως διαιτητές.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedIn this thesis, the competitive stress, the competitive confidence and the desirability of football referees are studied. Specifically, a quantitative survey was carried out in which 72 football referees participated and studied the way they manifest the above elements, but also whether their years of professional experience are related to their competitive stress and competitive confidence. The results showed that stress in referees manifests itself in various ways (insecurity, overload, etc.), as well as self-confidence (positive image of the performance of their duties, etc.) and desirability (they respect the interlocutor, are good listeners, etc.). Also, the results showed that the referees' years of experience are related to how satisfied they are with their profession, the positive image others have of them, but also the image they themselves have of their skills as referees.el
