| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται την θέση του Ελευθερίου Βενιζέλου, των βενιζελικών και των αντιβενιζελικών δυνάμεων της εποχής, επάνω στο πολιτειακό ζήτημα. Η λεγόμενη «Β’ Ελληνική Δημοκρατία» ή άλλως, αβασίλευτη Δημοκρατία, εγκαθιδρύθηκε με απόφαση της Εθνοσυνέλευσης την 25η Μαρτίου 1924 και με την διενέργεια επικυρωτικού δημοψηφίσματος έλαβε έγκριση από τον λαό, την 13η Απριλίου 1924. Την 1η Μαΐου ο ναύαρχος Παύλος Κουντουριώτης ανέλαβε την Προεδρία της Δημοκρατίας, ενώ το 1927 ψηφίστηκε το τελευταίο Σύνταγμα του πολιτεύματος. Στις 10 Οκτωβρίου του 1935, οι αρχηγοί των τριών όπλων, εξώθησαν τον Παναγή Τσαλδάρη σε παραίτηση και αμέσως ανέλαβε την πρωθυπουργία ο Γεώργιος Κονδύλης, που αυτοανακηρύχθηκε αντιβασιλιάς. Την 3 Νοεμβρίου 1935 και έπειτα από ένα δημοψήφισμα-παρωδία, μετεβλήθη οριστικά το πολίτευμα σε Βασιλευομένη Δημοκρατία, με την επαναφορά στο θρόνο του Γεωργίου Β’. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να δείξει πως διαμορφώθηκαν οι σχέσεις μεταξύ του παλατιού και του βενιζελικού χώρου, από την περίοδο της Αρμοστείας στην Κρήτη και του Εθνικού Διχασμού και ποια ήταν η κατάσταση στην Ελλάδα του Μεσοπολέμου, ειδικότερα μετά την πολιτειακή αλλαγή. Θα γίνει αναφορά στις απόψεις των κυριότερων πολιτικών φυσιογνωμιών και των δύο παρατάξεων της εποχής, ενώ θα αναλυθούν οι πολιτικές πρακτικές που ακολουθήθηκαν κατά τα έντεκα χρόνια της Αβασίλευτης Δημοκρατίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The present paper deals with the position of Eleftherios Venizelos, the Venizelist and anti-Venizelist forces of the time, on the state issue. The so-called "Second Hellenic Republic" or otherwise, Republic, was established by a resolution of the National Assembly on March 25, 1924, and was endorsed by the people through a valid referendum on April 13, 1924. On May 1, Admiral Pavlos Kountouriotis assumed the Presidency of the Republic, and in 1927 the last Constitution of the state was adopted. On October 10, 1935, the commanders of the three weapons, ousted Panagis Tsaldaris in resignation, and George Kondylis, who was self-proclaimed regent, took over as prime minister. On November 3, 1935, and after a parody referendum, the regime was finally changed to a Ruling Republic, with the return to the throne of George II. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how the relations between the palace and the Venizelian space, from the time of the Armistice to Crete and the national division, were shaped, and what was the situation in Greece during the interwar period, especially after the state change. Reference will be made to the views of the main political figures and the two factions of the time, and the political practices followed during the eleven years of the Republic will be analyzed. | el |
