| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της Μεταπτυχιακής Διατριβής, είναι η παρουσίαση ενός νέου εγχειρήματος στο περιβάλλον του κλασικού αθλητισμού, σχεδιασμένο για τις ηλικίες από 16 έως 19 ετών (U18 –U20), το οποίο ενδυναμώνει, εμπλουτίζει και αναβαθμίζει σε διεθνές επίπεδο το περιεχόμενο των αθλητικών διοργανώσεων στίβου που πραγματοποιούνται στη χώρα μας, προσδοκώντας να καλλιεργήσει το ερέθισμα και να προσφέρει το έναυσμα στα νέα παιδιά ώστε να στραφούν στην ενασχόληση με τα αγωνίσματα του Κλασικού Αθλητισμού. Πρόκειται για μια αθλητική διοργάνωση μοναδική που όμοιά της δεν έχει πραγματοποιηθεί στο ελληνικό και το διεθνές περιβάλλον του κλασικού αθλητισμού μέχρι σήμερα. Στα περιεχόμενα της Διατριβής, παρουσιάζονται, η εικόνα των διεθνών διοργανώσεων για τις αναφερθείσες κατηγορίες ανά τον κόσμο, η σπουδαιότητα της νέας διοργάνωσης για τη νεολαία, τον κλασικό αθλητισμό και τη χώρα μας, οι καινοτομίες της, ο σκοπός και οι επιδιώξεις της, οι συνεργασίες και η αρωγή κρατικών φορέων και ιδιωτικών επιχειρήσεων, καθώς αξιολογείται και η επίδραση των διοργανώσεων στην κοινωνία, τις επιχειρήσεις και στα νέα παιδιά. Στο επίκεντρο της εργασίας βρίσκεται η ανάλυση και δημιουργία του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου, βασισμένο σε συγκεκριμένο και εξελιγμένο Καμβά Επιχειρηματικού Σχεδίου (ΚΕΣ), ο Σχεδιασμός της διοργάνωσης, η διοίκηση της διοργάνωσης, το πλάνο μάρκετινγκ καθώς επίσης και οι ενέργειες Προβολής& Επικοινωνίας της διοργάνωσης. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στη θεσμοθέτηση του συγκεκριμένου αθλητικού γεγονότος. Η Διατριβή αντλεί πηγές πληροφόρησης από τη διεθνή βιβλιογραφία, αρθρογραφία και συνεντεύξεις. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The purpose of the Master's Thesis is the presentation of a new project in the Track & Field (T & F) environment, for the age groups 16 to 19 (U18 – U20), which strengthens, enriches and upgrades at an international level the content of Track & Field events held in our country, expecting to cultivate the stimulus and offer the trigger to the young people so that they can turn to engaging the T&F events.It is a unique Sport Event that has never been held in the Greek and also in the international environment of Track & Field until today. In the contents of the Research presenting the overview of the international events environment for the mentioned age groups around the world, the importance of the new event for these age groups and also the T & F family in our country. Moreover the Research presenting the purpose, the innovations and aspirations, the collaborations and the aid of Government Bodies and private companies (sponsors), and also evaluated the impact of the events in the society, at the businesses environment and the young people.At the focal point of the research is the analysis and creation of the business plan "Business Plan", based on a specific and sophisticated Business Model Canvas (BMC), the Event Planning & Management (Event Management), the Marketing Plan as well as the Promotion & Communication actions of the sport event. Particular emphasis is placed on the institutionalization of this specific sporting event.The Dissertation draws sources of information from the International Bibliography, Articles and Interviews. | el |
