dc.description.abstractΣκοπός της εργασίας είναι η δημιουργία ενός επιχειρηματικού σχέδιο της Γενικής Γραμματείας Αθλητισμού-ΓΓΑ, και συγκεκριμένα για την Επιστημονική Υγειονομική Επιτροπή. Η μέθοδος που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί θα στηριχτεί σε δευτερογενή δεδομένα που θα αντληθούν μέσα από δημοσιευμένες πληροφορίες του ίδιου του οργανισμού αλλά και αναζήτηση στοχευμένης βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με θέματα που εξειδικεύονται με τα Υγειονομικά τμήματα συναφών φορέων στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Η επιλογή αυτού του τμήματος έγινε γιατί δεν έχει πραγματοποιηθεί τέτοιου είδους εργασία στα ελληνικά δεδομένα. Η εργασία θα συμβάλλει στην αύξηση των γνώσεων γύρω από το θέμα. Η κατανόηση του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου που θα αναφερθεί στην εργασία θα βοηθήσει σε ένα πιο σωστό προγραμματισμό και θα ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες και την παροχή ποιοτικότερων υπηρεσιών. Τα αποτελέσματα της εργασίας φιλοδοξούν να βοηθήσουν τους υπευθύνους για την καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση και παροχή υπηρεσιών και θα καταστήσουν τους συμμετέχοντες στο τμήμα πιο ικανοποιημένους.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe purpose of the work is to create a business plan for the General Secretariat of Sports - GGA, specifically for the Department of Health. The method that will be used will be based on secondary data that will be drawn from published information of the organization itself as well as a search for targeted literature on topics that are specialized with the Health departments of related organizations in Greece and abroad. The selection of this section was made because this type of work has not been carried out in Greek data. The work will contribute to the increase of knowledge around the subject. Understanding the business plan that will be mentioned in the work will help in a more correct planning and will satisfy the needs and the provision of better quality services. The results of the work aspire to help managers to better deal with and provide services and will make the participants in the department more satisfied.el
