dc.description.abstractΗ συγκεκριμένη εργασία έχει ως κεντρικό σημείο αναφοράς την Ευρωπαϊκή Στρατηγική για την Αναπηρία 2021 – 2030 και το πώς η υλοποίησή αυτής συμβάλλει στην ενίσχυση της συμπεριληπτικότητας των ΑμεΑ, με επικέντρωση στην περίπτωση της Ελλάδας. Αρχικά παρουσιάζεται το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο αναφοράς σε διεθνές, ευρωπαϊκό και εθνικό επίπεδο. Ακολουθεί μια σύντομη αναφορά στην Ευρωπαϊκή Στρατηγική της περιόδου 2010-2020 και στα αποτελέσματα αξιολόγησής της ενώ ακολουθεί η παρουσίαση των κεντρικών αξόνων και των εμβληματικών πρωτοβουλιών της τρέχουσας. Εν συνεχεία, μέσα από την παρουσίαση των βασικών Πυλώνων και των επιμέρους Στόχων του Εθνικού Σχεδίου Δράσης για τα ΑμεΑ, επιχειρείται η συσχέτιση των δύο κειμένων και η αξιολόγηση της συμβολής τους στην ενίσχυση της συμπεριληπτικότητας. Η συσχέτιση αυτή σε συνδυασμό με την παράθεση της προόδου της υλοποίησής τους, οδηγεί στο συμπέρασμα ότι έχουν θετική συμβολή. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά σε θέματα που προσφέρονται για περαιτέρω έρευνα, τα οποία σχετίζονται κυρίως με την διαδικασία παρακολούθησης και αξιολόγησης της υλοποίησης της Στρατηγικής.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThis study focuses on the European Disability Strategy 2021 – 2030 and how its implementation will contribute to improve enhance the inclusion of persons with disabilities, focusing on the case of Greece. First, is presented the institutional framework of disability, at international, European and national (Greek) level. Next, a brief reference is made to the European strategy for the period 2010-2020, along with the outcomes of its evaluation, followed by the presentation of the main axes and flagship initiatives of the current one. Then, through the presentation of the main Pillars and the specific Objectives of the National Action Plan for People with Disabilities, takes place an attempt to correlate the two documents and to evaluate their contribution to enhancing inclusion. This correlation, combined with the presentation of the progress of their implementation, leads to the conclusion that the contribution is positive. Finally, reference is made to issues offered for further research, which are mainly related to the process of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Strategy.el
