dc.description.abstractΣτόχος της παρούσας ερευνητικής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση του ρόλου της αξιοποίησης της Δραματικής Τέχνης στην Εκπαίδευση ως προς την συμπερίληψη μαθητών/τριών από άλλες χώρες και πολιτισμούς στο περιβάλλον του νηπιαγωγείου. Είναι πολύ συχνό φαινόμενο η μετανάστευση για βιοποριστικούς λόγους ανθρώπων από πολλές χώρες, οι οποίοι αποζητούν μια καλύτερη ζωή στην χώρα μας. Τα παιδιά στην ηλικία του νηπιαγωγείου αναπτύσσουν εύκολα φιλίες και αλληλεπιδρούν αυθόρμητα, χωρίς να τα απασχολεί η καταγωγή, το χρώμα, η ενδυμασία του άλλου. Πολλές φορές, όμως, οι προκαταλήψεις και τα στερεότυπα των μεγάλων επηρεάζουν τη στάση των παιδιών όταν βρίσκονται σε ένα κοινό πλαίσιο – σχολικό κυρίως – όπου χρειάζεται να ενταχθούν παιδιά που δεν έχουν τα ίδια ήθη και παραδόσεις με αυτά που έχουμε συνηθίσει. Η Δραματική Τέχνη στην Εκπαίδευση αποτελεί ένα παιδαγωγικό μοντέλο, που έχει σαν εργαλείο του το θέατρο και επιδιώκει να ενδυναμώσει κοινωνικά και συναισθηματικά τα παιδιά και να τα βοηθήσει να αναπτύξουν δεξιότητες που χρειάζονται για την ίδια τη ζωή. Θέτει επίσης ως στόχο την ατομική και κοινωνική βελτίωση του ατόμου και την αντίληψη της καινούργιας γνώσης. Η μεθοδολογία που εφαρμόστηκε στην παρούσα εργασία είναι ποιοτική με εργαλείο την έρευνα δράσης. Tο δείγμα ήταν 19 μαθητές/τριες του 10ου Νηπιαγωγείου Περάματος, νήπια και προνήπια, με μεικτό πολιτισμικό υπόβαθρο. Στο πλαίσιο της έρευνας δράσης εφαρμόστηκαν 12 παρεμβάσεις διάρκειας περίπου 45’ η καθεμία. Θεωρούμε ότι, σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης, η Δραματική Τέχνη στην Εκπαίδευση συμβάλλει με θετικό τρόπο στην συμπερίληψη μαθητών/τριών από άλλες χώρες και πολιτισμούς και αναπτύσσει τις επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες του συνόλου των παιδιών ενισχύοντας τις μεταξύ τους σχέσεις.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe aim of this research work is to investigate the role of the use of Dramatic Art in Education in terms of including students from other countries and cultures in the kindergarten environment. It is a very common phenomenon for people from many countries to migrate for livelihood reasons, seeking a better life in our country. Children of kindergarten age easily develop friendships and interact spontaneously, without being concerned about the origin, color, or clothing of the other. However, many times, the prejudices and stereotypes of adults influence the attitude of children when they are in a common context – mainly school – where children who do not have the same morals and traditions as those we are used to need to be integrated. Dramatic Art in Education is a pedagogical model that has theater as its tool and seeks to empower children socially and emotionally and help them develop skills that they need for life itself. It also aims at the individual and social improvement of the individual and the perception of new knowledge. The methodology applied in this work is qualitative with action research as a tool. The sample was 19 students of the 10th Kindergarten of Perama, toddlers and pre-schoolers, with a mixed cultural background. In the context of the action research, 12 interventions lasting approximately 45’ each were implemented. We believe that, according to the results of the literature review, Dramatic Art in Education contributes positively to the inclusion of students from other countries and cultures and develops the communication skills of all children by strengthening their relationships with each other.el
