| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη ασχολήθηκε με το ζήτημα της εθνικής και ευρωπαϊκής διάστασης της κοινωνικής πολιτικής των ΟΤΑ εστιάζοντας στη περίπτωση του δήμου Βριλησσίων. Η εργασία ολοκληρώθηκε μέσα από έξι κεφάλαια όπου πιο συγκεκριμένα, το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αποτέλεσε εισαγωγική ενότητα αναφέροντας το σκοπό και τους στόχους της μελέτης, το αντικείμενο και τους λόγους επιλογής της εργασίας καθώς και τη δομή. Στη συνέχεια το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο εστίασε στην Ευρωπαϊκή διάσταση της Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής, αναλύοντας τα Κοινωνικά θέματα και τομείς παρέμβασης της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και το Κοινωνικό ταμείο της Ευρώπης. Επίσης αναλύθηκαν οι Κοινοτικές Πρωτοβουλίες και τα Κοινοτικά κοινωνικά προγράμματα. Δόθηκαν παραδείγματα κοινωνικής πολιτικής στις Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες, αλλά και παράδειγμα καλών πρακτικών σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο σε θέσεις εργασίας για αλιείς με ειδικές ανάγκες. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο εμβάθυνε στην Εθνική και Περιφερειακή Διάσταση Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής, κάνοντας λόγο αρχικά για την Εθνική Στρατηγική για την Κοινωνική Ένταξη, αλλά και τη περιφερειακή Στρατηγική για την Κοινωνική Ένταξη. Έπειτα το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο εμβάθυνε στην Ελληνική Τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση και την άσκηση Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής. Έγινε ιδιαίτερη αναφορά για τη τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση στην Ελλάδα και την άσκηση Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής καθώς και τις ωφελούμενες Κοινωνικές δομές-παροχών. Επιπλέον αναφέρθηκαν στοιχεία για το θεσμικό πλαίσιο κοινωνικής πολιτικής των ΟΤΑ. Το πέμπτο κεφάλαιο εστίασε στο παράδειγμα των κοινωνικών δομών του Δήμου Βριλησσίων αναλύοντας αρχικά την Ιστορία και οικονομικά χαρακτηριστικά αλλά και η κοινωνική πολιτική στο Δήμο Βριλησσίων-Ν.Π.Δ.Δ. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά έγινε για το προφίλ των ωφελούμενων από τις παροχές. Τέλος, η εργασία έκλεισε με το έκτο κεφάλαιο όπου αναπτύχθηκε ο επίλογος. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This study addressed the issue of the national and European aspect of the social policy of the local authorities focusing on the case of the Municipality of Vrilissia. The study was completed through six chapters where more specifically, the first chapter presented an introduction stating the purpose and objectives of the study, the topic and the reasons for the selection of this topic and the structure of the study. Then the second chapter focused on the European aspect of the social policy, analyzing the social issues and areas of the European Union intervention and the European Social Fund. Also, the community initiatives and the community social programs were analyzed. Certain examples of the social policy in European countries were presented, and also an example of good practices at the European level in relation to jobs for fishermen with disabilities. The third chapter deepened in the national and regional aspect of the social policy, referring initially to the national strategy for social inclusion, and the regional strategy for social inclusion. The fourth chapter focused on the Greek local authorities and the social policy they implement. Specifically, a reference was made to the local authorities in Greece, their social policy and the benefited social structures-benefits. In addition, information was presented in relation to the institutional framework of the social policy of the local authorities. The fifth chapter focused on the example of the social structures of the Municipality of Vrilissia initially analyzing the history and economics and the social policy in the Municipality of Vrilissia.
